Recomp - Peptides vs Natural stack

I know that peptides are best ran for months, but I see a lot of people saying good things about them for shorter runs as well.

For people who have ran both, which would yield a better recomp between the two for 8 weeks in your experience? Goal would be leaning out while gaining back some size after surgery, or at least keeping fat gain to minimum or zero.

A peptide run like CJC no dac and GHRP 2 100mcg/100mcg 2-3 times a day vs something like ABE and Tr1umph? All other factors the same. Interested in any other natural stacks you've ran also to compare.

I'm trying to stay away from suppressive compounds for now, and trying to find which way would be money better spent on these two options. I've ran X gels before and got good strength gains, I'm not sure on size cause I was eating a ton. But I'm trying to stay away due to joint issues and recovering from shoulder surgery.
