I have been on 20mg PP/2mg superdrol for week 1 and 2weeks of 20mgPP/5mg superdrol. Superdrol was last day today...
Do you guys think it is safe to go 30mg Pheraplex to day 35 or so? or should i stop at day 28? Safe to go 30mg to day 28???
What are the effects of PP on lipids... in terms of blood work you have seen?
OR stay 20mg PP/5mg SD... or 25mg PP/5mg SD for 4 weeks

none so far... i already have some form when i got up to 235
They are in capsule form, so you pull it apart and dump half of it out, and the push the capsule back together. This question is ironic because I am planning on running my second cycle of SD at 5mg for the first week and then 10 mg for the next two weeks. My blood pressure went up too high too fast last time I ran 10mg the first week and then I upped it to 20 mg. My body can't handle more than 10mg.Originally Posted by mixedup

Just use a little weigh scale, or put it on a dark surface and split the pill in a thir, etc... doesnt have to be exact... evens out over the days
The main point i was trying to test is taking small amounts, to harm the liver less. And i got fantastic results. I will never take 10mg of SD or more, and we will see how my blood reslts after my cycle turn out.

Calves, Abs, and Forearms
Tried something new today for calves and forearms... just killed them. Absolutly, until i could not even stand. Usually, do 6-8 reps heavy, today i did 20-30 reps then lowered the weight, then did reps on the ground...
Standing Calf Raises: 3 plates a side x 10, x 10
Seated: plates +25 a side x 10, x 10
45 degree: 4 plates a side x 30 x 30 (fast reps)
Standing: 1 set: 200lbs x 10, 175 x 5, 100 x 10, selfs x 10, donkeyself x 10 --> did 2 sets of this
(full extension on all reps)
Forearms barbell curl: 90 x 20, x 10, x 10
Reverse barbell curl: 60 x 8
Standing Curl: 65 x 4, 55 x 4 + 40 x 4 + 27.5 x 4
Rope crunch: 150 x 10, 160 x 6
Leg Raise: 50 x 8, 55 x 5
Forearm: 14 1/8''
Chest: 46 1/4''
Shoulder Span Around: 57 1/2''
Inch on my waist but i have to add that my abs are way bigger and so is my lower back. I did gain some fat but i am also leaning up a bit now in the latter part of my cycle.
These results are astounding!
I wouldn't have thought micro-doses of SD would have been worthwhile, but these results don't seem like straight PP!

So did you stop the superdrol after week 2 or continue it at a low dose? im alittle confused... thanks.
