This is definitly getting crazy... i pulled almost all the muscles in my neck and left side of my back yesterday on my fourth rep of 100lb dumbell press. Haha! I gotta be more careful.

Yeah I am just finishing up my superdrol cycle I would stop at 3 weeks I decided to go 4 weeks and the gains had stopped. I saw most of my gains in the first week and then between day 14-17.
I also went up in weight so fast that I started to feel a muscle pull but I just took it easy after that . Now my shoulder pops and hurts dont know if its the superdrol or if its from the day the incident above happened.
Well anyway I ordered me some cissus rx so lets if that works.

Chest and Triceps
Flat Bench: 260 x8, 275 x 6, x 3 (blah!)
Incline DB: 100 x 6 , x 5, x 3 (blah!)
Decline: 245 x 4
Lying Extension: 145 x 6, x 5 (good slow reps)
Pulldown: 180 x 6, 170 x 6
Reverse Pulldown: 60 x 8
Triceps were so sore and pumped, WOW, surprised i could even finish the workout.

Supposed to be Legs but might have to wait until tomorrow as i have two massive exams tomorrow. Will gauge time as the day goes by. Have about 10 days left on the cycle might go to 30mg for last week

Thanks guys, i actually slowed them down to cut up a bit so i hit 5000 calories instead of 7000 plus.
Looking freaking great now... i am thinking of going 5 weeks. Today i am studying so hard and missed a workout day so might have to bounce back and see if i can hit 245
Just gotta hook up my phone again and ill post before, mid, and after pics

2 hours of sleep, so much studying, 6hrs of exams today... no carbs... i am dying...
Going to eat the biggest meal imaginable and see if i can go train today...

I had back pumps today but i was sitting in same position for six hours so i think i would have had them anyways, actually i have had that before
Anyways switching the days up so today is Back and Biceps... too tired for legs. I want 500 lbs!! So ill keep em switched for next week.

DB row: 120 x 5 (easy though, just tired)

I have been on 20mg PP/2mg superdrol for week 1 and 2weeks of 20mgPP/5mg superdrol. Superdrol was last day today...
Do you guys think it is safe to go 30mg Pheraplex to day 35 or so? or should i stop at day 28? Safe to go 30mg to day 28???
What are the effects of PP on lipids... in terms of blood work you have seen?
OR stay 20mg PP/5mg SD... or 25mg PP/5mg SD for 4 weeks

(just hurts too much to do barbell after those dumbell presses)

They are in capsule form, so you pull it apart and dump half of it out, and the push the capsule back together. This question is ironic because I am planning on running my second cycle of SD at 5mg for the first week and then 10 mg for the next two weeks. My blood pressure went up too high too fast last time I ran 10mg the first week and then I upped it to 20 mg. My body can't handle more than 10mg.Originally Posted by mixedup

ok i can see pulling the capsul apart but he also ran it at 2mg 3mg etc it seems like it would be very hard to measure out 2mg from a capsule??

Just use a little weigh scale, or put it on a dark surface and split the pill in a thir, etc... doesnt have to be exact... evens out over the days
The main point i was trying to test is taking small amounts, to harm the liver less. And i got fantastic results. I will never take 10mg of SD or more, and we will see how my blood reslts after my cycle turn out.

Calves, Abs, and Forearms
Tried something new today for calves and forearms... just killed them. Absolutly, until i could not even stand. Usually, do 6-8 reps heavy, today i did 20-30 reps then lowered the weight, then did reps on the ground...
Standing Calf Raises: 3 plates a side x 10, x 10
Seated: plates +25 a side x 10, x 10
45 degree: 4 plates a side x 30 x 30 (fast reps)
Standing: 1 set: 200lbs x 10, 175 x 5, 100 x 10, selfs x 10, donkeyself x 10 --> did 2 sets of this
(full extension on all reps)
Forearms barbell curl: 90 x 20, x 10, x 10
Reverse barbell curl: 60 x 8
Standing Curl: 65 x 4, 55 x 4 + 40 x 4 + 27.5 x 4
Rope crunch: 150 x 10, 160 x 6
Leg Raise: 50 x 8, 55 x 5

Inch on my waist but i have to add that my abs are way bigger and so is my lower back. I did gain some fat but i am also leaning up a bit now in the latter part of my cycle.

These results are astounding!
I wouldn't have thought micro-doses of SD would have been worthwhile, but these results don't seem like straight PP!
