  15. Alright so I learned today that basically the only thing that hurts to do is chest. Obviously I haven't attempted shoulders. MRI is Monday morning so I thought I'd try and get some lifts in this week. I ended the session early and I'm going to spend the day with my family. Tomorrow will be cardio and core (hurray)....

    Attempted Chest:

    Incline DB: 70x12 75x12 80x6

    Chest Press: 210x14 230x10 250x10

    Pec Deck: 210x10 230x8 250x6

    Flat Bench: Warmed up then on first set of working weight I decided to call it a day.

    I think I'm going to wait this one out. Really struggling on the side of injury with all movements for chest. I will know by Wednesday for sure what is going on and from there be able to have a game plan. Even with such a minor workout I've got a great pump and I might just have to sip on another serving later today to stay up.

    Probably smart to wait it out and see what happens with the MRI! Still put up good numbers anyway though bro.

    Ah the good ol AC I've been dealing with an AC seperation for about the last 10 years. No fun. Mines not near as bad anymore but still flares up every once in a while. Get it taken care of trust me I never did and it was stupid.
