    Hahaha i guess i should have eh? Just hard to take pictures of my chest flexed by myself, maybe ill get my new girl to take some for me next time or ill get ragin to take some.


    Me and raging just did stupid things tonight. Killed quads and it wasnt even a full leg day, hit shoulders , and hit some middle back. I ended up doing like 6 or 7 sets of side laterals i beleive, 3 sets front, 2 sets arnold presses, 3 sets middle back, 3 sets rear delts, 2 sets shoulder shrugs.

    Pump was good, felt nice and full, and legs are still shaking wooohooo. Time to eat!

  13. Also not sure if i mentioned this about my pics but those were from back day, bis were a tad pumped but nothing crazy, chest wasnt though so i definately need to get a most muscular in there and a back picture as well.

    Got in tonight and hitup arms, did about 6-7 sets per bi and tri.. Arms were pumped so much it was hard to flex. Curling 45's was effortless tonight!

  19. No workout tonight, legs are still to sore to do hams and right now my back is bein a biznatch so SLDL would not be optimaly smart!

    Ima take today off and possibly get a massage from my girl tonight if shes cool with it, then hit hams sometime between tomorrow and monday.

    I hit some ham yesterday. It was on top of a burger. I'm so glad my log doesn't start til monday

    Then it's 5 months of strict....sheesh.

    nice! im actualy leaning out some, i think its a combo of things, if i tighten down my diet id look pretty good but right now im enjoying some things!

    I'm pretty much right there with you! My diet was insanely strict for about six months. Definitely happy with the results! It was more than worth the effort!

    Well I surely don't expect to have YOUR results when i'm done with my 5 months . If that's the case, i'm going to have to talk Matt into making some muscletech type ad's with my pictures involved....hahaha.

    I do think i'm going to have great results though. I'm amped up about starting so it's going to be great. Only flaw right now is my home equipment is not doing so well....I may have to bite the bullet and join a gym. blah.
