    Anyway.... yeah the Neovar smells great! Which can surely only lead to much bigger gains! You havn't taken igf2 before bed yet have you?

    PowerFull is my favourite, and Drive had quite a pleasant one too from memory.

    Not yet. Gonna take it tonight I did one igf-2 in the morning. 1 pre-workout. and gonna do 2 before bed. I did take a nap in the afternoon and felt surprisingly refreshed after!

    Wow... These were amazing. I'm surprised I still had enough strength even though I've been out for a week. I was also sweating profusely during the whole workout! NeoVar = increased sweating? I liked that my body stayed warm throughout the whole workout though. I also like that my BB Bench and BB Rows are at around the same level of weights too

    It's hard to do military presses at this gym because there is no military press rack! So I have to clean the bar up and sit down then press upward! I failed on the 115 once and finally got it up the second time. How those clean & press/jerk guys do it... I don't know! Pull-ups were a little weak... But it's ok... They'll come up for sure.

    Dumbbell Flyes SUPERSET with Dumbbell Shrugs

    5 minute walking on treadmill pre-workout. 8 minutes post-workout. Static stretching of upper body and lower body. Never go to the gym with my mom because she will make you late and wait -_-

    You're up early. It's 3:30am HERE. I really screwed up by staying up late today... Ugh...


    And yeah. My mom does a lot of cardio... Sometimes she does the boot camp classes at the gym which involves some weights though! But mostly cycling class, running around the lake, etc.

    I did... lol Soreness hit me hard this morning... Usually I don't get sore until later in the next day or the day after...

    I guess that means igf-2 is working? Making my soreness come faster? lol that means it'll go away sooner, which is something I want since I will be hitting upper and lower twice a week each.

    I WOULD recommend IGF-2 as a staple, simply because it is so effective. (After 8 weeks you can use it JUST on resistance training days, to get away with this, for a couple of weeks, and then go back to using it every day)...And pizza, mmmm; already a staple, LMAO

    Upon Waking: 1 capsule of IGF-2

    Meal One: 2 eggs with yolk, 2 scoops of Real Gains

    Meal Two: Oats, PB, UP2.0 chocPB, 1 slice of bread, 2 Orange Triad

    Meal Three: Cup of rice, 3 chicken legs, 2 capsules of NeoVar: Recomped!

    Pre-workout: 45 minutes pre: 1 capsule of IGF-2
    15 minutes pre: 1 scoop of SP250

    Intra-workout: 1 scoop of IntrAbolic

    Post-workout: 1.5 scoops UP2.0, 2 slices of bread

    Meal Four: In-n-Out double double burger animal style, fries, and a soda I love hanging out with the lady!

    Meal Five: 1.5 scoops UP2.0, 1 handful Hawaiian style kettle chips!!, 3 OT

    Pre-Bed: 3 IGF-2!!! GOOD SLEEP PLEASE!

    OMG... These were SO exhausting. I was dying after this. And either IGF-2 or NeoVar Recomped makes me extremely sweaty. I've never been this sweaty before! These were hardcore... I will raise each weight by 2.5 lbs on each side next time I have Lower Volume.

    Walking Dumbbell Lunges

    I didn't even warm up for these. Don't need to after squats since they are almost like single legged squats. I was still sweating a lot. Probably even more than squats. And this is also a cardio workout since all those paces (24) are extremely strenuous... I'll up the weight next week for Lower Power. I've never gone past 55's on these! scary!

    Leg Extensions SUPERSET with Lying Leg Curls

    Ack... Lying Leg Curls are not my strength. So difficult! I was so tired by now!

    Weighted Crunches SUPERSET with Seated Calf Raises

    Can't believe my right calf cramped... That pretty much stopped my workout... Knew I was done lol

    Other Notes
    I was doing static stretching after my workout. Stretching my triceps and freaking it cramped up! It didn't hurt a lot, but I could feel it just being contracted and my tricep divided! I could feel the striation all the way up to the delt! It was kinda cool, but scary! So I decided to go into the dry sauna to warm my muscles to relaxation. It worked.

    Showering is a chore since I cannot reach many places after being sore and tight... Mesh sponge on a stick in a life saver LOL

    I'm hungry now. Then hang out with lady. Then night time shake. Then IGF-2.

    I'm gonna take 3 IGF-2 tonight... Need the deep sleep AND the healing properties... I cannot be sore. It hurts too much lol
