I would wait atleast 2 months before starting again even if youfeel reovered and ready to go.

I just don't understand why the symptoms got worse at night after getting better all day. I know time will tell but I'm just worried cuz I have no insurance and this sucks

From what you said it doesnt seem TOO serious yet. Good decision to stop the cycle IMO.
If you did notice some relief already from just the saw palmetto, then you should end up being okay
