I had a solid 4 weeks on phera and an uproductive 5th week. I did a ton of research when I was preparing for that cycle. And several broskis who had ran 5-6 weeks of phera all said the same thing. "I should have kept it at 3-4 weeks"

I've run phera only once before (stacked with Mega-Zol) and responded quite nicely to it. I kept the cycle at 4 weeks and only increased my daily dose to 30mg in the last week. I could really feel a difference going from 20mg to 30mg though.

I was thinking that this time I would run 20mg for maybe three days to let my body get acclimatized to it and then bump it up to 30 for the remainder of the 4 week cycle.

Will take your advice and start the e-form in week 2 and, depending how my bp is affected, may throw in 4mg of Mega-TRN ed for the fun of it. Really looking forward to this one!
