  2. Welp it just went down, just got off work and took m first dose of super dmz 2.0 rx!!! Super excited. I did however spurge last night and have a soda :/ time to crush it, bed now and gym time when I get up this afternoon! Can't wait to hit gym for first time in 8 months

    Well I appreciate the vote of confidence, that's what's Ganna push me thru. I went back and fourth several times on rather to start a cycle as soon as I was released to lift again or not

  5. Man oh man was it awsome to be in the gym again, First day back in gym went better then expected, strength is down bad but not as bad as I thought! I don't normally do hypertrophy routines but I decided on that and still could have gone up in weight my workout today was

    Day 1: Chest and Back
    A-1: Incline Barbell Presses 115lbs
    4 sets of 15
    A-2: Chest Machine fly 65lbs
    4 sets of 15
    B-1: Parallel Bar Dips
    3 sets of 6-8 on a 40X0 tempo
    B-2: Seated rows 80lbs
    4 sets of 15 super setted with lat pull down 100lbs

    Not alot of weight but I'm happy with it not touching a weight in 8 months, got legs tomorrow. Ill log my food this am when that's my dinner time...

  6. Day two: just woke up and am up two lbs, well see if that sticks, time to eat and hit gym soon I have legs tonight!

  7. It was about 30 degrees in the gym tonight and I just couldn't power through the leg workout, heading home to try and do insanity in a warm house and eat

  8. Gained another pound, two days on three pounds gained! Hope the pace continues.

    Insanity was a bit harder today for some reason, hope it was mental but I felt way more inflexible then normal.

  9. Need input, starting to have a little sides mild headaches achy joints but not bad stamina is already down cardio wise, I remember all these sides from other cycles

    I would like some input from others as to if they noticed a huge increase in gas on cycles ???

  10. Up another pound but super sore, also my appetite is in the dump! Having extremely hard time getting my macros in, never had this problem on other cycles

    Super dmz 2.0 rx is one in am one in pm for 30 days, I've never known anyone to dose or run longer then that

    I've seen a couple logs that have run it for 6 weeks on other forums. 2/day for 30 days is what I was gonna do, I was just curious what you were doing. 6 weeks would be tough on your liver

    I'm sure someone some where has but not me my first time on this blend, 4 weeks isn't exactly swift on the liver, make sure you have your supports supps and post lined up

  15. It will be my first time using it also. I got enough for two cycles. If the first goes well, I was thinking of stacking the second one with something. Not sure what yet. Good idea?

    I cannot advise without knowing your stats how long you've been lifting how old you are how much you have experience with PH keep in mind SDMZ is potent as it is!

  17. At 11pm last night I did my insanity video, was at gym by midnight ill list my workout at bottom, somehow felt amaZballZ and did way more then planned in gym, by 2am I was done lifting and did a cardio ab cicuit, at home by 3 and still wanted to work out.

    Was set to do chest and back with two chest exercises and two back for 6 sets of 15, this is what I ended up doing

    30 degree incline bb 135 15 reps for 4 reps
    Decline bb 135 15 reps 155 15 reps 175 15 reps 185 15 reps 195 10 reps
    Chest fly 4 sets 15
    Flat db bench 4 sets 15 65lb

    Lat pulls own 100lb 4 sets 15
    Seated row 5 sets 15 hammer strength 45s each
    Low cable row 4 sets 15 80lb
    Pull ups 5 sets of 7

    Shrug circuit

    Incline BB shrug 75lbs 20 reps
    Shrugs 135 10 reps wide grip 10 reps close grip
    Behind back shrug 135 20 reps
    Single arm db shrug 80lb 20 reps

    Rest 30 sex repeat x 4

    Back extension x 30 sex
    Alternating oblique plank 30 sex
    Tuck jumps 30x
    High knees hands up 30 sex
    Standing alternating crunch 30 sex

    Rest 30 sex repeat x 4

    Def in beast mode, train insane or remain the same! Just took first dose of day 6 went to bed with a total gain of 5lb, but this am I'm down 3lb for some reason. I've read alot of logs for dmz and that seems to be a normal occurrence.

    Idk if you read the beginning of my log or not but I'm running this cycle to get back to where I was before surgery, I started lifting the day the surgeon told me I could lift again so my strength is alot lower then normal I lost nearly 30 lbs for not lifting in 8 months. So I'm battling all the soreness of starting to lift again

  21. I know how you feel. I had knee surgery a few years ago, and I couldn't believe how much strength I lost. Any sides yet?

    Mild headaches first few days but I'm adjusted now, chest and back breakouts, and loss of flexibility other then smooth sailing well see at the end of week two

  26. Down 3lbs... I'm baffled. Appetite is plumittng as well. Workouts are amazing tho

  27. My buddy was just telling me about a supplement that increases appetite dramatically. I can't remember the name of it, but I'm sure if you google that you could find something to help

  29. Pretty easy to fluctuate a few lbs throughout the day..i wouldn't worry. Plus if lifts are up and everything in the mirror is improving, who gives a **** about the scale??

    I'm not really keen on adding any more pills to my reg! I'm still getting around 4500 cals a day but I'm just not Hungary like normal
