Supplementation is as follows:
Finaflex 550 XD Black- 4 capsules daily (2 upon waking and 2 with post-workout meal)

AI Sports Nutrition RecoverPro- 4 scoops (sipped throughout the day mixed into 1 gallon of H2O)
MGN Multi-Vitamin His- 3 capsules (upon waking)
MGN American ISO Whey Protein- As Needed for optimum Macro-Nutrient Ratios
I will be following the Lean Gains Protocol. My calories will fall between 1500-1800 on “burn days” and 2200-2500 on “lift days” I will be aiming for 50% protein/25% carbs/25% fat on “burn days” and 50% protein/30% carbs/20% fat on “lift days” I am very carb sensitive, and as a result will appear puffy from excessive consumption. Fast break will be at 1300hrs and the feeding window will close at 2100hrs.
I am currently around 19.6% body fat according to the Accu-Measure 3000 caliper. My weight is currently 215lbs. My aim is a body recomp protocol, shredding as much body fat as possible while keeping or gaining lean mass. I recently moved, and had a massive overhaul to take on with the new house. Unfortunately my training and nutrition suffered as a consequence. I am bound and determined to now overhaul myself with this awesome supplement and of course hard work!
I will be using “MrKleen’s Iron Warrior/Kleen Machine” Protocol which involves form failure and strip set failure M/W/F with cardio and abs TUE/THUR/SAT.

But ur doing Recomp an ur intake on Lift days is 2,2-2,5k Cals? Seems low bro Im burning and I do 1,5-1,8k Off ... 2.7-2,9k Lift ... But ok im in for the count ... Can u explain the Products? And PCT? So u just finished a cycle?

Took my first dose of 550-XD at 0645hrs along with 3 multi-v caps. I haven't used any supplements of this caliber in a good while, and I could definitely feel some unwanted effects...at least effects that have not been normal over the past few months or so. I definitely felt cranky as all get out and by the time my last class rolled around I had zero tolerance for BS from my fourth block turds...I mean students. I sipped on my gallon of H2O/RecoverPro throughout the day, and hit my workout at about 1540. Training went well...I am just really getting back into the game here and assessing my strength. I took dose two of 550-XD around 1700 hrs along with my largest meal of the day. I will take one cap of PCT Black before bed. All said I am glad to be back in the game and already I feel confident that this LOG will be a great success.

2 working sets (60 second rest between working sets) followed by 2 drops set until form failure directly following second set (no rest between drop sets). Aiming for 6-8 reps. I was pouring sweat by the end. The lunges really got my heart rate elevated. I did a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill, and also a ten minute cool down (walking 3.2 mph)
Carbohydrate: 165.1g (29%)
Protein: 279.1g (50%)
Fat: 52g (21%)
Total: 2,218 calories

I agree your calorie count does seem a little low. But if you are looking to cut weight it might be ok. All depends also how active you are during the day and your cardio plan.

Best of luck and I will be following this. Today was the 1st day of week 3 for me on 550. Slowly getting strength gains but not noticing any size gains. Seems I am cutting a very small % of body fat though.
I increased my pills to 5 a day for this week as I was doing 4 for the 1st two weeks. Can't wait to follow you on the journey

Ok ladies and gentlemen, Just had a conference with DreamWeaver about my calories as there has been some controversy on my numbers. He suggests that we bump build days up to a respectable 3,000 calories and burn days to around 2,000 calories. I will keep macro-nutrirnts the same. Just know that this scares the hell out of me, but lets see how it works. With my Meso/Endo body type I will have potential for large gains in mass lets hope I can keep it lean!
Since we're making updates here...I slept like crap last night (not from supplementation) my HVAC unit wont produce cold air so my house is about 80 degrees...not ideal for sleeping. On the other hand I feel really good today no crankiness perhaps yesterday was just an off day. Sorness is minimal from yesterdays lift (so far) I will hit some moderate paced elliptical today and some abs.

550-XD and 3 Multi-Vs at 0645. I sipped on 4 scoops of RecoverPro mixed into 1 gallon of H2O. My thirst is way up today Im currently into my second gallon of H2O. I hit up 30 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes walking at 3.5mph then 10 minutes jogging at 4.5mph followed by another 10 minutes walking at 3.5mph. I also hit abs as well. I will get 1 cap of PCT Black before bed
DB Side Bends 3x15 @ 30lbs
Serratus Dips 3x15 @ body weight
Inverted Crunch 3x15 @ body weight
Cat Vomit Crunch 3x5 @ 5 second holds
I feel really good today. My energy is up and already, and Im seeing my vascularity come back (my diet and training is really helping with letting go of some water weight). Also my past two training sessions I have been sweating like a banshee!
If you didn't see in previous posts, I have brought up the calories...3,000 on builds, and 2,000 on burns. We shall see how it works out hopefully I make lean gains and don't bloat up.
Fat- 69.6g (21%)
Carbohydrate- 106.1g (20%)
Protein- 261g (50%)
