WooHoo! I am hoping my EPIVAR shows up this week so I can hit that ish up. Your pics look good though Green, I am surprised at only a .2 bf loss, this is why everyone says calipers can be tricky too. Taking the pinch even 1 inch away from the place you took it last time can add a mm or two and that is enough to change the body fat measurement substantially.

I think it's mainly a calorie deal. This is the first time I've ever gone this high calories wise so the whole 550-XD cycle was almost like a clean bulk/recomp. I think the calorie slash the DMZ and the new training protocol will dramaticly alter the way things are progressing. It's time to strip it all off!Originally Posted by MrKleen73

Nothing has changed with supplementation. I was planning on adding DMZ into the mix tomorrow, but I am certain I will be hearing from the Fire Department I applied to and in no way do I want to throw my chances of being a successful candidate out the window. I have a few more days of 550-XD left and it looks like I will be moving into PCT. I will still be participating in the competition...but with out any PHs...this will probably spell defeat for me, but I will still do my best.

Nothing has changed with supplementation. I am already seeing a difference in body composition with the changes I have made in my caloric intake. I finally got some BCAAs back into the mix (bulk modern grapple) I was pretty surprised with the quality of this product. The taste I would give a solid 8 and the solubility I would give a 9.5 (I use room temp water). Besides the addition of the BCAAs I am still considering the DMZ as I got some new information pertaining to its usage. Also I will be adding in some Liv. 52 liver detox and Taurine pending my decision on DMZ. The DMZ will be no longer than a 4 week cycle at 15-30mg.
