    Not a terrible day. I ate around maintenance with even macros throughout. Had a busy day learning pup behavior and such. Workouts are going well and lifts are getting stronger. Still sweating like a beast during these giant sets.

    3 rotations with 20 reps per lift taking no more than 30 seconds rest between lifts.

    Got in some good cardio and abs today. Macros and calories were on point. I am seeing definite physique changes already with the DMZ and the calorie changes. I feel I look much more lean. Also I am experiencing constant pumps (good ones) my muscle feels "full" and dense.

    25 minutes treadmill @ 12%incline 3.3 mph
    20 minutes elliptical @ moderate resistance

    Abs

    My abs were pretty sore from yesterday

    The biggest mistake you could make is going too low in cals, that's where people get stuck when trying to get very low body fat. You kill your metabolism basically. I cut down to about 6% last year on epi-v and I was 3200 2400 cals and I have a pretty slow metabolism. I would keep those workout day cals up around 2800-2900 cals if you are going that low on burn days. Let the burn days do the cutting while you keep your metabolisim alive with the workout day nutrition. Just eat clean.

    Things are really starting to light up here. Weight is peeling off. I weighed in at 211.8 this morning down from around 217. Not exactly sure on the BF% but I would guess around 10-11% I had taken pictures last night with every intent to post them today, but sure enough they are blurry. I will take more tomorrow for sure. I can definitely see a difference in body composition I predict 7-8% BF by the end of this cycle.

    Training

    20 reps per lift taking no more than 30 seconds rest between lifts repeat for 3 rotations.

    Leg Press (plate loaded)- 250lb
    DB incline Bench- 35lb
    DB Front Squat- 30lb
    DB One Arm Row- 30lb

    Broke a good sweat here and also worked the abs 2 sets and 20 reps each with no rest between...

  19. You made some great changes brother, neck and neck with Al for the best transformation so far. I am gonna have to step up my game with everyone else. I have not employed any extra cardio or anything at this point so I have a lot to add to my arsenal for fat shredding. Looks like I better enact some of those strategies sooner than later.

    Didn't make it to the gym today for cardio and abs. I had to come straight home and let the pup out of the crate for a few hours and then had to attend a school function. I have to say that raising a pup is no joke, but she's a good dog so its worth it. Looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow for a lift, cardio and abs. Physique is looking better and better everyday. Ill attempt to get some pics up here soon. I wanted to take some today but we just...ran out of time. We are pretty beat lol.

    yah still think he's too low on cals but maybe the anabolics make up for that. Funny I have always found it easier to burn fat keeping cals high on anabolics but never considered going lower than normal and using anabolics to maintain muscle mass. I have never had such a short time to make changes though.
