Ok ladies and gentlemen, Just had a conference with DreamWeaver about my calories as there has been some controversy on my numbers. He suggests that we bump build days up to a respectable 3,000 calories and burn days to around 2,000 calories. I will keep macro-nutrirnts the same. Just know that this scares the hell out of me, but lets see how it works. With my Meso/Endo body type I will have potential for large gains in mass lets hope I can keep it lean!
Since we're making updates here...I slept like crap last night (not from supplementation) my HVAC unit wont produce cold air so my house is about 80 degrees...not ideal for sleeping. On the other hand I feel really good today no crankiness perhaps yesterday was just an off day. Sorness is minimal from yesterdays lift (so far) I will hit some moderate paced elliptical today and some abs.
