    As for 550-XD...I do not think the recomp properties have ceased. I am starting to get comments and people are seeing changes. One of the dudes in my band was like...dude you are way leaner than you were last week wtf hahaha!

  5. I will get yesterdays update up soon. AM was down yesterday. Weight is 217 BF% is 12. Looks like things are slowing down here planning to add DMZ at 15mg on Friday.

  6. WooHoo! I am hoping my EPIVAR shows up this week so I can hit that ish up. Your pics look good though Green, I am surprised at only a .2 bf loss, this is why everyone says calipers can be tricky too. Taking the pinch even 1 inch away from the place you took it last time can add a mm or two and that is enough to change the body fat measurement substantially.

    I think it's mainly a calorie deal. This is the first time I've ever gone this high calories wise so the whole 550-XD cycle was almost like a clean bulk/recomp. I think the calorie slash the DMZ and the new training protocol will dramaticly alter the way things are progressing. It's time to strip it all off!

    Nothing has changed with supplementation. I was planning on adding DMZ into the mix tomorrow, but I am certain I will be hearing from the Fire Department I applied to and in no way do I want to throw my chances of being a successful candidate out the window. I have a few more days of 550-XD left and it looks like I will be moving into PCT. I will still be participating in the competition...but with out any PHs...this will probably spell defeat for me, but I will still do my best.

    Treadmill- 1 hour at varied speeds and elevations.

    Light 10 min jog outside and abs

    Decline medicine ball catch/sit-up/throw @ 15lb 3x15

    I'm battling flex and he's on a load of goodies. I'm using albuterol and anabeta
    If I win it'll be amazing. But I think we are both big enough to not lose too much muscle while destroying fat.

    Nothing has changed with supplementation. I am already seeing a difference in body composition with the changes I have made in my caloric intake. I finally got some BCAAs back into the mix (bulk modern grapple) I was pretty surprised with the quality of this product. The taste I would give a solid 8 and the solubility I would give a 9.5 (I use room temp water). Besides the addition of the BCAAs I am still considering the DMZ as I got some new information pertaining to its usage. Also I will be adding in some Liv. 52 liver detox and Taurine pending my decision on DMZ. The DMZ will be no longer than a 4 week cycle at 15-30mg.

    Training


    20 reps per lift taking no more than 30 seconds rest between lifts repeat for 3 rotations.

    DB Squat- 30lb
    DB incline Bench- 30lb
    DB Front Squat- 30lb
    DB One Arm Row- 30lb
    DB Romanian Dead Lift- 30lb
    DB Overhead Press- 20lb
    DB Step Up (20 each leg)- 20lb
    DB Side Row- 20lb
    DB Bench Dip- 30lb

    Broke a good sweat here and also worked the abs 3 sets and 20 reps each with no rest between...

    Stability Ball Crunch with Med. Ball @ 10lb
    Hands Behind Head Stability Ball Crunch
    Med. Ball Twist on Stability Ball @ 10lb

    Elliptical 20 Minutes @ low resistance

    Ha! I "borrowed" it from Kleen...with his permission of course...stand up guy he is! Its pretty good and a nice change of pace for me. I was going to stick with the hyperfit, but the CPAT for the Fire Department looks like a cake walk so I don't need that kind of training. With this protocol you still do a good amount of lifting while incorporating a good bit of aerobic activity...shred fat build muscle...sounds good to me.
