Nice work green, i want to trade my cats for a dog haha. Workouts look pretty complex and intense!
I hope everybody thinks i'm crazy, because you cannot be a sane person and go through the type of pain i am willing to put myself through to be where i want to be, Once I completely win the war between my mind and body, my reign will begin. ~Me

    Day 37 (Saturday)

    Supplementation as follows

    Taurine 6g

    2 caps 550-XD

    Bed:
    1/2 scoop G8

*took 1 cap of Liv.52 before fast break and dinner

Not a terrible day. I ate around maintenance with even macros throughout. Had a busy day learning pup behavior and such. Workouts are going well and lifts are getting stronger. Still sweating like a beast during these giant sets.

    Training
    DB Giant Set

3 rotations with 20 reps per lift taking no more than 30 seconds rest between lifts.

    DB Shrug- 30lb
    DB Arnold Press- 15lb
Machine Single Leg Press (20 each leg)- 150lb
    DB Drag Curl- 20lb

Had to sub DB Squats for Machine Press (hip is bothering me again)

    Abs

Medicine Ball Crunch on Ball 3x20 @10lb
Medicine Ball Twist on Ball 3x20 @ 10lb
Medicine Ball Crunch (hands behind head) on Ball 3x20

    2 caps 550-XD

    Bed:
    1/2 scoop G8

*took 1 cap of Liv.52 before fast break and dinner

Got in some good cardio and abs today. Macros and calories were on point. I am seeing definite physique changes already with the DMZ and the calorie changes. I feel I look much more lean. Also I am experiencing constant pumps (good ones) my muscle feels "full" and dense.

Yeah they are. Hoping the DMZ keeps my muscle intact while I burn off the chub. Weight was down to 212 this am. Not sure on the fat% I would guess around 10 or 11 based on past experiences, but I definitely see progress.

The biggest mistake you could make is going too low in cals, that's where people get stuck when trying to get very low body fat. You kill your metabolism basically. I cut down to about 6% last year on epi-v and I was 3200 2400 cals and I have a pretty slow metabolism. I would keep those workout day cals up around 2800-2900 cals if you are going that low on burn days. Let the burn days do the cutting while you keep your metabolisim alive with the workout day nutrition. Just eat clean.

I took them last night I was so damn exhausted. I didn't really care what they looked like so I'm hoping they are clear and lit ok. Didn't get a good chance to look at them, but what stood out most is the change in my legs.

    Day 39

    Supplementation as follows:

Upon Waking: 1 cap DMZ (15mg), Taurine (6g),
Pre Workout: BCAA (12g), Taurine (6g)
Post Workout: BCAA (12g), 1 cap DMZ (15mg)
    Bed:1 cap PCT black

    * 1 cap of Liv.52 before fast break and post workout meal

Things are really starting to light up here. Weight is peeling off. I weighed in at 211.8 this morning down from around 217. Not exactly sure on the BF% but I would guess around 10-11% I had taken pictures last night with every intent to post them today, but sure enough they are blurry. I will take more tomorrow for sure. I can definitely see a difference in body composition I predict 7-8% BF by the end of this cycle.

    Training

20 reps per lift taking no more than 30 seconds rest between lifts repeat for 3 rotations.

    Leg Press (plate loaded)- 250lb
    DB incline Bench- 35lb
    DB Front Squat- 30lb
    DB One Arm Row- 30lb
    DB Romanian Dead Lift- 30lb
    DB Overhead Press- 20lb
DB Step Up- (20 each leg)- 20lb
    DB Side Row- 20lb
    DB Bench Dip- 30lb

    Triceps Push-Down- 7x7 @ 80lb
    Barbell Bicep curl- 3x24 @ 40lb (8 outside/8 shoulder width/8 close)

Broke a good sweat here and also worked the abs 2 sets and 20 reps each with no rest between...

Stability Ball Crunch with Med. Ball @ 10lb
Hands Behind Head Stability Ball Crunch
Med. Ball Twist on Stability Ball @ 10lb

You made some great changes brother, neck and neck with Al for the best transformation so far. I am gonna have to step up my game with everyone else. I have not employed any extra cardio or anything at this point so I have a lot to add to my arsenal for fat shredding. Looks like I better enact some of those strategies sooner than later.

    Day 40

    Supplementation as follows:

Upon Waking: 1 cap DMZ (15mg), Taurine (6g), BCAA (12g)
    Afternoon: 1 cap DMZ (15mg)
    Bed:1 cap PCT black

    * 1 cap of Liv.52 before fast break and post workout meal

Didn't make it to the gym today for cardio and abs. I had to come straight home and let the pup out of the crate for a few hours and then had to attend a school function. I have to say that raising a pup is no joke, but she's a good dog so its worth it. Looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow for a lift, cardio and abs. Physique is looking better and better everyday. Ill attempt to get some pics up here soon. I wanted to take some today but we just...ran out of time. We are pretty beat lol.

Physique is looking better and better everyday. Ill attempt to get some pics up here soon. I wanted to take some today but we just...ran out of time. We are pretty beat lol.

    Training

Lets call it a rest day (I wish haha)

    Fat:48.5g (28%)
    Carbohydrate:56.5g (14%)

yah still think he's too low on cals but maybe the anabolics make up for that. Funny I have always found it easier to burn fat keeping cals high on anabolics but never considered going lower than normal and using anabolics to maintain muscle mass. I have never had such a short time to make changes though.

There is that, there is also the fact you have gradually increased your caloric intake over the last couple of years adding muscle and you metabolism speeding up in general. You are easily eating 500 cals more per day than you were 2 years ago. You are also doing a lot more work with all of the walking. So you tend to expend more in your daily routine. I think for a cut he is doing perfectly at 1500 and 2500. Once he is nice and lean he can always add in a little more cals to build more LBM. We have to keep in mind that Green has been dieting very low calories for a while and although he has a lot of mass to maintain his body is obviously extremely efficient at maintaining that muscle at low calorie levels.

As is mine, and I might be able to maintain that low myself who knows. I do know if I was where he was without anabolics I would be losing mass. I do forget about muscle memory and tend to sweat the muscle loss a bit too much. This is so far beyond my regular pace it's really hard for me to say. If I am prepping I would never go this fast so it's hard for me to judge sometimes.

We are very similar body types but he's a bit more meso so I know he burns cals better than me too so it doesn't quite add up to me. I guess it's the walking though it must allow me to eat more for sure.

The lowest I have ever been is about 2200 cals though, so it's hard for me to imagine a person his size doing less. If he's ok he's right on the edge.

DW... I understand your point, but he is on anabolics/PH's and his body is very efficient at maintaining his muscle-mass, look at me, I've always gone extremely low with my cals, my muscle mass has never suffered!

So far so good bro, no negative sides as of now. Im definitely leaning out more and more as the days pass. Im a bit stressed right now with all the stuff going on, but hopefully I can get out of the funk here soon and really start to hammer this home.

I have definitely noticed a lack of motivation in my training with out a pre-workout supplement. I ran out of WYKED about two weeks ago. I never really noticed how much of a kick it gave me until I stopped using it. Unfortunately my broke teacher A$$ cant afford any goodies this month...or probably next LOL so I am adjusting to the un-stimmed workout. Don't get me wrong. Once I start into the weights or even my card the instinct takes over and I am besting my workouts. I just feel like I am missing that edge...pathetic hahaha
