    Decided to destroy upper chest. My triceps were a bit wore out from shoulders yesterday so I went with some Bicep work since they were getting hit again with my chest. Turned into a nice little pump. All sets have 60 second rest unless I wrote it down. I carry a stopwatch and time myself.

    DB incline(4 second Negative)-
    30* 100x12, 10
    45* 70x14

    DB standing chest extension for pre-exhaustion (3 second squeeze)

    Smith Incline (4 Second Neg)

    Brutal pump and people were staring. It was intense seeing veins crawl to the top of my skin during the stretching and flexing.

    Sick ass pump and had my roomate measure my arms 45 minutes after I finished. I was at 18.5" Flexed at peak. 17 not flexed. There is a 1/4 inch difference from right to left. My right arm is bigger from pitching in Highschool but strength wise they are equal. I had almost a 1/2 inch difference about 18months ago so progress is being made even though I havent really tried or concentrated on it more or less.

    I will be off the grid for a few days but will be back on sometime during the weekend.

  5. Dave mast doesn't have to be ran at 600. 200 or 400 would be fine. It doesn't even have to be there this is a recomp/lean bulk. I'd say drop it and save for pre contest.

    That's what I'm doing bro. I got a ton of mast p saved for pre contest. I just don't wanna drop $$ on mast E too is what im getting at.

    Yeah it isn't important. More for control of e and slight dryness. Your good to go.

    Fact. I'm gunna be taking letro for e control. Might be dropping serious cash on anavar and run it at 150mg ed or some crazy sh*t lol

    Look up the youtube video by Vics Natural.

    Basic poses I'm working now for about 5 minutes every evening.
    Side pose
    Rear lat spread
    Front double biceps
    Most muscular frontal
    Rear ham spread
    Double Quad

    I work on transition from one to the next and try to move loose and naturally from one to the next.

    This is day 4 since leaving the states. Diet is good so Im holding weight and hit 1 workout in this one country we stopped. Did a nice little shoulder workout with triceps, nothing insane. I will be traveling for another day then get set into a routine. I have been messing with some exercise science stuff and tweaking my routine. I will be bringin in the following to shock my muscles in 4-6 weeks bursts of my 5 day split-
    Giant sets
    Trisets
    Pyramids
    Pro sets
    FST-7
    5-10-20 sets
    Forced xreps

    As I said I am going to be fixing weak points and maintaining at least 205 over the next 7 months while trying to drop into the 8% bodyfat range. If I start gaining I will take it and go with it but not past 220. End goal is around 205-210 8% going into January 2014. That will make a 16 week prep VERY VERY easy and i can keep most of my muscle while shaving fat down to sub 5%.

    Gyno reversal is going smooth, I'm at 2.5mg Lero right now with 10 pumps Formastane ED. I already see a reduction and I don't feel like total sh*t yet so I might hit 3mg ed. If I can get it reduced enough I might cut this round short, start my cycle and run it again after for a few weeks with MastP for extra control. Just an option I am pondering.

    More updates coming bros... its about to get crazy here.
