True true bro. I would love to one day. Once I hit 215 and am sub 8% I will cruise at 400-500 test E. I just don't think I need that much right now ya know.
Damn cruising at 400-500! That's like my cycle right now lol. I'm thinking about possibly starting cruising after this cycle I'm on now, would go 250 e/w for starting I think. That is if I even do it.

Think about it very hard bro. Its very possible it will cause permanent damage and that means TRT for life. That's a big decision...

I feel ya man. I've actually been thinking about it for awhile before I started this cycle. I've even talked to my wife about what she thinks about the possible damage, like sterility(worst case scenario) for instance since we don't have kids yet. Both of us agree though that if we couldn't have kids we could always adopt anyway which is something we've talked about even if we could. Huge decision, I also want huge results, want to compete in NPC when I go back to the states(in UK now) eventually. A lot to take into account, how do you like it so far though results wise? And how long have you been blasting/cruising?

So far I have been cruising on test about 4 months about to start 5. I like it so far honestly. Its easy to keep gains after a burst. The big thing like every other cycle is diet and training discipline. Except when blasting cruising its the never ending cycle, its a lot to do and deal with. You have to stay diligent but that applies to a lot as far as competition training goes. I gave up partying, I have sacrificed a few freindships, made some serious lifestyle changes but its all for a purpose. Just food for thought... and my .02 cents

Do you only run an ai during a blast or throughout?

Do you only run an ai during a blast or throughout?
Throughout very low dose and I bring it up during blast. I know from bloods how to dose it and at what doses I need to control estrogen.

What's your AI of choice DD?
Letro and aromasin. I hate estrogen and crush it with letro and keep it low with .5mg ed or eod of letro. After a blast I bring in aromasin and come off the letro and run 12.5mg aromasin at eod or e3d. It all depends on bloods

Bro I finished my blast today. Last pin if Tren A and I have 3 more days if winny at 50mg. Then its cruise for a month. June I start the cycle we built up.

When I added some size to my chest it brought some gyno I had from a long time ago up to the surface. Its nothing crazy but its a bit more noticeable to me with the added lower pectoral muscle. I am gunna run some gyno reversal for the month of May and see if I can shrink it a bit leading into this 16 weeker.

Yeah I'm just finishing up my gyno reversal. Went great now I have to taper down and start aromasin. Hope they goes well. U think I should us lectro on my blast. I'd like to use just aroma but tren lights my nips up.

How did you run yours man? I would use letro. Nothing compares to its ability to crush and keep estrogen low. Finding your happy medium is the hard part. I just use exemestane when I cone off. I have these heavy dosed .5mg letro pills, I take it ED and if its too much EOD is great to hold estrogen down. More test means higher dose naturally.

If its not gone after that..bloods..if there good I wait 2 weeks and run another 2-4 week cycle. I never though of super dosing lectro. Good idea for a short period, while rehab ur nuts too.

Haha those are swim trunks rolled up bro. I git another 4*6 weeks of bulking then its recomp style. Chris helped set up some sick ideas (props man). Just wait until you see the results Darin (my coach) is gunna help me get.

So 2.5mg ed? I need to get rid of some small gyno, nothing serious but it got pushed up when I added to my lower chest last burst. I can handle .5mg letro ed for about 6-8 weeks before I feel the toll only if I got 500mg or more of test in me.

Ok sweet man. That's along the lines of what I read. I got all the stuff for it and gunna start in May before recomp starts in June. I'm cruising at 500mg after the recomp until my return and then dropping down as I get ready to do some violent bursting. I just want to clear up a bit of the gyno if I can before I hit 900mg test ew lol. Don't want itchy tits
