Background Info
Im 25, 6' 2" and starting weight is 222.5lbs at roughly 15.6%. The goal for this cycle is to increase strength for a powerlifting meet in November and keep fat at bay, so a recomp/lean bulk. I plan to weigh in once a week and do a quick BF % check, with a handheld meter.
Training
5x5 style main lifts with bodybuilding accessory lifts. In a week or so, I will start to do 2-a-day workouts for increased volume.
Mon - Legs/Abs
Tues - Chest
Wed - Arms/Abs
Thurs - Deads/Back
Fri - Shoulders/Calves
Sat - Chest/Arms/Abs
Sun - Off/Cardio
Pre-Load with CEL Cycle Assist and AI Sports Cycle Support for the last four weeks.
Cycle will start on 8/18
12 weeks of Trest Ace oral at 50/50/50/50/75/75/75/75/100/100/125/125
OL TransForm 2ml a day, increase as needed
8 weeks OL Ep15tane at 0/0/0/0/45/45/45/45/60/60/60/60
AND/OR
6 weeks OL Dymethazi9e 0/0/0/0/40/40/60/60/60/60/0/0
Experimenting with another compound for the first 4 weeks
On cycle support - OL Arm1care Pro at 4 caps/day
AI Cycle Support - 2scp/day
OL TUDCA - as needed
Taurine - as needed
Staples - Fish Oil, Multi, Cissus
Adex and Exemestane on hand
PCT
Nolva - 40 for first 3-4 days then 20/20/10/10
Clomi - 75/50/25/25
Test Powder/DAA
OL Super PCT - 4/4/3/2/2/1
OL El1minate - if needed
Creatine
Reduce XT - 0/0/3/3/3/3
EPIQ Test (Boron Citrate)
EvoMuse Defuse/GDA
Possibly OL Ostar1ne starting 2 weeks before PCT at 20mg
Possibly include MyoSynergy, Anabeta OG, USPLabs C20/PM/Prime in PCT or wait until after PCT
