    I would do the 4ad at 4 caps all the way through and the mass maybe weeks 5-6 go up to 9-10. That's the only thing I would change.

    It's been 2 months since I sent payment and he still hasn't delivered. The only hope I still have is that he still responds to my emails, but each time wit a different excuse as to why I don't have it yet. Now though he hasn't emailed me back in about a week and I've sent like 4. According to a source forum a lot of people were having problems but they still go it eventually. It's so strange though because this guy is rated very high. I've lost hope bit hey maybe ill come home to a package day.

    I was thinking of doing 4AD at 4 a day and I like the idea of bumping up the mass at week 5.

    I honestly love dhea products, I ran Androlean during my first test cycle and it really cut an impressive amount of BF off my mid section. Seriously huge shame on PP going under.

  6. What time a day do you typically dose the AM?

    I'm on it now and been doing a dose with breakfast and fish oil, then another dose with dinner and fish oil.

    Anyone seen any "best" way to do it?

    Am dosage- 5;5 (6am)
    Pm dosage (pre workout)-5;5 (1:15)
    Body part sculptered- shoulders (full workout) and a bit of everything.

    Pr's for the day-none
    Cardio- None
    Abs- none

    Macros calories, carbs, fat, protein-
    Didnt get to count them

    Sides- None
    Pros- Usual

    On my mind currently (Random)- libido is riding high. Woke up to pee in the middle of the night about 3 times and each time I had a woody. Lol.

    I dose my morning Am and Ab with breakfast at 6am. And 7 hours later the other dose on a empty stomach. I don't see any difference in dosing different times. The effects seem the same with or without food. I do realize I get a bit of a better pump when I eat carbs two hours before dosing pre workout.

    I'm debating on buying a 3rd bottle and extending my cycle and increasing the dose.

    IMO u should. I wouldn't run dhea shorter than 8 weeks. It's safe and makes Gaines much more maintainable. I appreciate it

  13. In regards to dosing AM, I read a while back that even small doses of 1-testosterone (the target conversion hormone of 1-DHEA) stay in the body for something like 9 days, so it probably doesn't even matter how far apart each dose is spaced throughout the day.

    See, the diet is where I have a hard time tracking. I write down in my log every rep, pound, etcetera, but don't track my macros.

    With two small kids under 2 I just can't find the time.

    What would that meal look like above?

    Diet is the hardest and the most important. I use an app called calorie count. It's a life saver. It's quick to set up even with 5 kids lol. Here's a pic of my meal

    On my mind currently (Random)- loving the cycle. I most definitely recommend running this cycle. IMO running it for 8 weeks is best. If u don't like bloat I suggest adding in 5 alpha test or some stano. Will run this again soon. I still have two more weeks :-)
