First and foremost i want to thank Forerunners (Roydthenoyd) for giving the opportunity on running their Products. This will be my first log ever. I will try my best to keep up to date. This will be a full out bulk. I started upping calories a month and a half ago from 2200k to 2800k and now during cycle I will be at 3000-3200. I never went higher than 75g of carbs till now as I was always on a low carb diet. Training will be low reps (6-8 ). Focus is getting more size. Strength was always there, I was always naturally strong.
Will be running;
Alphamass-6/6/6/10/10/10/10/10
AlphaBulk-6/6/6/10/10/10/10/10
Pct-Anabeta Elite, Erase pro, slineslane v2 and intimidate (maybe). Pct will be for 8 weeks.
Training split-
Sunday- Legs only and some calisthenics and Abs ( I only go on Sundays sometimes when wifey ends up going to the gym)
Mon- Chest (Barbells) & Biceps, Abs
Tuesday- Back, Traps & Triceps
Wednesday- Shoulders, Traps & Legs, abs
Thursday- Chest (Dumbbells), Triceps
Friday- Shoulders, traps, calisthenics, abs
Saturday-off
