Yea my bp is usually low. That's a pretty good number especially being on a cycle and drinking coffee. When i run my SD I'm going to monitor my bp and see how the sd treats me.

Word up. Wifey bought it for her but she's not much of a cake person. I ate most of the cake and enjoyed every bite lol. It was delicious. During this bulk I'm having a bit more cheat meals. Need to get big :) (flexing)

It has no taste. It's non flavored. I always add either pb,banana, blueberries for taste. The reason I also got non flavored its to add to other foods and drinks.

Nice breakfast man! Eating that big breakfast helps a lot so you don't have to cram in a bunch of calories later, I just recently got my sh!t together and started waking up early enough to make a good bfast :)

Nice breakfast man! Eating that big breakfast helps a lot so you don't have to cram in a bunch of calories later, I just recently got my sh!t together and started waking up early enough to make a good bfast :)
My two morning meals are usually that high so I get all my calories prior to workout. So when I get home ill just have dinner.
I thought consuming 3k cals would be hard but it's pretty easy. I've gained a tad of belly fat but its ok. Loving this full look bro.
IMO having a big breakfast makes it better to reach calories for the day. I've noticed if I eat a little meal for bfast I won't reach my calories.

Hmmm. Might get a tub and see how it tastes. I'm liking the non flavor for the many benefits to add on anything. Royd I'm going to higher dosages tomm to 8 of each for two weeks and might go 10 for the rest. Ima need an extra bottle of both. Trying to see how it treats me at high dosages. Wanted to go even to 12 but ill go to 10.

Nah I doubt it. There was just alot on my mind that day. Mind wasn't clear and focused. I hardly feel that way, I'm always in a good mood and clear minded.
I believe Mdrol does make you feel that way. More of lethargic though. Sucks feeling that way in the gym.

I'm thinking on taking one day and do cardio. HIIT for ten min only. I don't want to hinder any gains but I'm trying to avoid fat gain. Ik bulking consist on a little fat gain. Will run on Saturdays for ten min only.

Woke up tired and snoozed the alarm for an extra 25min and went to work late. Lol it felt good though. Feeling like I've gained a little bit of fat all around. Not liking it lol. But this is a bulk so i will continue to do so.

One thing I'm not liking about this cycle is alot of bloat. I suggest taking Stanodrol with it.

Lol you can always catch up hehe. So far this cycle has met my expectations. I'm sure it'll only get better from here on out. This has been the best week as I knew it would start to shine this week (week 3).

I appreciate it and will most definitely kill them weights (flexing)

If ur just gonna go with one I would say use the bulk with sd it will help with the lethargy and libido issues, mass is better for strength and lbm gains but will probably add to the sides of sd, you could use the sd to front load into a mass/bulk stack tho.

I'm keeping this run short ... 4 weeks... I did an eight Week havoc/katanadrol and it messed me up... I've taken over 5 months off any PH and I'm waiting another month. I was gonna run SD/Androhard but we all know that idea is down the drain lol..
Also, I'm using this run as a LBM/recomp. I don't really like the idea that bulk is a wet gainer...

This exactly drizzy. You can run both which would be nice. For 8 weeks but u said u want to keep it short. But IMO I would do;
Sd-20/20/20/20
Bulk- 6/6/6/6
Or add mass
Mass-0/0/6/6/6/6/6/6 (this would be very nice) I haven't gotten any real sides so you shouldn't worry much. A little longer cycle will make gains more maintainable.

I was drinking 2.5 cups of skim milk per day but I eliminated the skim milk for Almond milk. Less carbs and bloat.

BTW, what is the extent of your hair shedding? I'm trying to figure out if I'm shedding any hair or if I'm just noticing what happens to be a "normal" amount of hair being shed (maybe 3-5 hairs per day when I randomly shake my hand through my hair or dry off my hair with a towel). How much are you losing?
