  2. Woke up tired and snoozed the alarm for an extra 25min and went to work late. Lol it felt good though. Feeling like I've gained a little bit of fat all around. Not liking it lol. But this is a bulk so i will continue to do so.

    Body part sculptered- legs, shoulders, traps

    Sides- None
    Pros- alpha male def kicked in this week. Strength seems to be risen a bit. Focus has been there since week 1 and pumps are always intense.

    On my mind currently (Random)- had my cheat meal. dominoes pizza yuuummz

    Had an e****lent workout.

    One thing I'm not liking about this cycle is alot of bloat. I suggest taking Stanodrol with it.

    Body part sculptered- Chest, biceps and 3 sets of pull ups.

    Pr's for the day- None but feeling strong
    Cardio- None
    Abs- 5min (wasn't in the mood for it)

    Sides- None
    Pros- The usual

    On my mind currently (Random)- liking the 8 pills per day. Feeling more Alpha male, stamina and focus.

    Lol you can always catch up hehe. So far this cycle has met my expectations. I'm sure it'll only get better from here on out. This has been the best week as I knew it would start to shine this week (week 3).

    I appreciate it and will most definitely kill them weights (flexing)

  13. So, I wanna go with one of these two with my low dose SD run starting December... What do you recommend? Mass or Bulk?

    If ur just gonna go with one I would say use the bulk with sd it will help with the lethargy and libido issues, mass is better for strength and lbm gains but will probably add to the sides of sd, you could use the sd to front load into a mass/bulk stack tho.

  15. I'm keeping this run short ... 4 weeks... I did an eight Week havoc/katanadrol and it messed me up... I've taken over 5 months off any PH and I'm waiting another month. I was gonna run SD/Androhard but we all know that idea is down the drain lol..
    Also, I'm using this run as a LBM/recomp. I don't really like the idea that bulk is a wet gainer...

    You should definitely check out their new product 5-alpha test then, same active as ah, so far the reviews are looking good. Would also be the best choice for a 4 weeker IMO, bulk and mass can sometimes take a bit to kick in for some people, tho I am only on day 4 of bulk and can tell a noticeable increase in libido.

    This exactly drizzy. You can run both which would be nice. For 8 weeks but u said u want to keep it short. But IMO I would do;
    Sd-20/20/20/20
    Bulk- 6/6/6/6
    Or add mass
    Mass-0/0/6/6/6/6/6/6 (this would be very nice) I haven't gotten any real sides so you shouldn't worry much. A little longer cycle will make gains more maintainable.

    I was drinking 2.5 cups of skim milk per day but I eliminated the skim milk for Almond milk. Less carbs and bloat.

    BTW, what is the extent of your hair shedding? I'm trying to figure out if I'm shedding any hair or if I'm just noticing what happens to be a "normal" amount of hair being shed (maybe 3-5 hairs per day when I randomly shake my hand through my hair or dry off my hair with a towel).
