    Morning weight-180 (+2)
    Am dosage- 3;3 (6am)
    Pm dosage (pre workout)- 3;3 (1:15)
    Body part sculptered- shoulders, and traps.

    Pr's for the day- None
    Cardio- None
    Abs- 10min

    Macros calories, carbs, fat, protein-
    3773/ 354/ 108/ 330
    Sides- None
    Pros- Energy was excellent. Focus was there again. Pumps were very good. Alpha male seems to be a bit higher.

    On my mind currently (Random)- Had a good Halloween with the family. Ate a piece of chocolate home made cake.

  5. Feeling good this morning. I've been having good moods lately. The pumps are lasting pretty long. About 5 hours or so.

    Took 3:3 this morning with bfast and will be hitting the gym at 2. Today's workout will be chest (dumbbells) and biceps.

    Will do. First week was more focus, pumps, mind to muscle concentration, energy is leveled throughout workout and more fullness. Strength is not there yet. Gained two lbs in a week. Not to bad. Week two should be better

    Pros- Mental clarity

    On my mind currently (Random)- this whole gas problem is a pain in the ass. Wifey waited 2.5 hours and was limited to only $30 on gas.

    Thanx bro. Yea what happened to PP is fcked up. Forerunner labs is most def legit so far. Week 3 coming and I will raise the dosages as well.

    Cals 895-carbs 82-fats 29-protein 67

    Hitting the gym an hour and a half from bfast.

    Woke up feeling good and muscles felt full. No sides at all so far. Libido is still up (just had some sex) :-)
