    Here's a pic of my biceps from today.
    Measured today at 16" flexed. I thought they were 14-15". I impressed myself. :-)

    Body part sculptured- Back and triceps

    Pr's for the day- none
    Cardio- None
    Abs- 10min

    Macros calories, carbs, fat, protein-

    Sides- None
    Pros- Good moods, felt focused, Mind to muscle concentration, energized, a little alpha male but not much, and pumps were very good.

    On my mind currently (Random)- I want some ass. Will do cardio later with wifey.

    Good lookin bruh. It wasn't easy. Took alot of trial and error. I want the bigger and more define without flexing. But with me bulking the definition might diminish a bit.

  7. Slept like a baby and woke up feeling good. No grogginess and ready to go to work. Woke up hungry and I had eaten a late dinner.
    6am had my bfast with 3:3
    Macros for bfast
    Cals-1078
    Carbs-98
    Fats-36
    Prot-93
    My bfast is usually always the same on the weekdays. So I don't see the need to post it everyday unless I change something. It's been easy hitting 3500-4000 calories per day. Thought it would be hard. Most of my carbs is from oats and protein from eggs and cottage cheese. Fats are from pb and whole eggs

    Side note- libido is still there, no raise in bp or lethargy. So far so good

  8. Drank a small coffee at work and it didnt raise my bp either. So consuming some caffeine seems to not raise it while on Alpha mass and bulk.

    Welcome big homie. So far so good. So far the only things that are noticeable is good moods and pumps. Should kick in fully by week 3 hopefully.

  15. Woke up feeling good and hungry again. I see this is making eating easy. I want to tear up everything I see. The only problem is, its making me urinate alot. Sometimes when I wake up I would pee twice in 15min About to have my big ass bfast with 3:3.

  16. yeah its using water like it does food lol keep at around 64oz or more a day perhaps 2 gallons a day so ur urine doesnt go all dirtyy cause that would suckk its a sign of kidney and liver problems, any strength or size gains yet?

    I drink so much water lol. It's all I drink. I'm probably at 1.5 gallons or a little more per day. No strength gains yet or size. Most noticeable things are good mood, focus and muscles fullness. Strength gains and noticeable muscle change will probably come in week 3. We will see.

  21. Drank a 16oz caramel latte about an hour from my first dose and I must say it gave me the only headache. Will avoid caffeine for 3 hours from dose next time

  23. Yeah headaches are terrible on cycle, usually a result from HBP.. sucks for me cause it runs in the family

    Yea it was horrible. I usually have low blood pressure. So that caffeine on cycle did raise it alot I'm assuming. At times I would drink a coffee but not so close to dose. Yea my family has a history of hbp but that's because we Spanish and we all eat bad lol. Except me of course, trying to break that's streak

  28. Week 1 day 5

    No gym today so I lowered my calories by 500. Feeling a little tighter and pumped now. Just suffered a headache due to caffeine taken to close to first dose.
    Macros for today;

    Carbs-246

    Prot-306

    Will hit the gym tomm.

  29. Week 1 day 6

    Took another day off from the gym due to doing family activities all day for Halloween. I enjoyed myself and went to halloween shows with little man dressed as spider man.

    Cheat day. I ate 4slices of pizza. Lots of tortillas with avocado. It was delicious lol.
    Didnt get to track my macros due to being busy.

    Haven't get any sides yet. So far side free besides the little headache for two days.

    I've taken my first dose Every time with a big breakfast. The good moods are the highlights so far.

    Might do cardio once per week to reduce fat gain from bulking. Don't want to burn much calories so i will do HIIT for 10min tops.

    Took 3:3 with bfast
    Whole wheat bagel with a slice of cheese and 3 whole eggs.

    Will go to the gym later today around two with 3:3 on a empty stomach.
