    Little update besides my pcks, I went tanning apparently too long. I'm just hoping I can workout tomorrow is how bad it is. And now I'm working 13 hours

    Update: I'm so pissed I havnt been able to workout the last two days due to my dumbass getting cooked in a fake bake. So pissed.

    Nutrition is on point. I've been eating on a turkey I baked yesturday. Prolly gained a couple pounds due to not working out in 4 days,grrrr! **** sucks!

    So far can't realy notice my balls shrinking yet! Not sure if me getting clipped 5 months ago matters, been taking .5mg of adex on days I pin test and havnt had a problem there. Was getting pimples but I'm sure the tanning bed just terminated there ass. If I can't workout tomorrow I will go through the roof. Wish me luck tonight at work I so wanna kill **** in the gym

    After working for 2.5 nights with the worst sun burn imaginable. I still can't freaking bend over and tie my shoe, yet I'm gunna give it a go and attempt to lift some weight. I figure if I pop a few ibproven and take my animal rage packs pwo and 50mg of winny it should give me the strength to lift.

    I'm having trouble deciding where to inject some test. My quads are burnt the worst, my ass is toasted, not confident in the delts, bi's I'm afraid the pip will b too much. Guess I'm just turning into a puss. Atleast I will b a big puss. I will prolly hit the quad but maybe check sme utube on calf inj.

    Bad bro! But I have major PR's my brotha. Worked up to 345 bench and tried at 355. Crazy 2 weeks ago I did 315. Baffled! Winny is good! Will update the rest with other PR's. Adrenaline kicked in and I'm running on all cylanders. Feel like puking lol

    I will say I had realy bad dry joints on dbol, agresiion is through the roof for sure. Don't know if test keeps me nore lubed up but my joints havnt hurt since dbol. Love this stuff brotha

    Ok after thinking my fake baked crabby patty ass wasn't gunna allow me to workout. I ate ibproven and 50mg of winny and my pwo caps and was gunna c if the addrenaline could help me overcome the payne. It did! I started doing some new reps to try and c if I can raise my 1rm on bench. Thanks to the help of AB it did just that.

    BB flat bench:
    135x15 basicaly a warm up lol
    225x8 whch was easy
    315x1 almost started killing reps but new this was a record already.
    335x1 still easy, was totaly jacked
    345x1 PR, was feeling like I was gunna puke do to being so stoked
    355 failed but the spotter said I basicaly got but he helped some so don't count. I'm sure I could've done this if I hadn't done all the other reps but I didn't know what was gunna take place.

    Incline DB Press:
    80x10
    90x10
    100x10 PR

    Incline DB flies:
    55x10
    75x10
    80x10 PR never imagined doing flies with this weight this quick. Before cycle I did 65 lb like 6 times on good day.

    Upright sitting db pushouts with a hold lol:

    25x10 PR veins in my shoulders were meeting with my veins in chest, totaly exciting!

    Cable mach crossovers (downward)

    This was by far one of the awesomest days in the gym. Ppl were asking if I was roided out, I just said oh yeah everyday. One guy said that's a good compliment lol! What's awesome is feb 2nd will b two years of lifting since 12 years before. Started at 175 max not even 2 years ago and by god I'm gunna try to b 375 by end of cycle which I never thought was possible. Oh yeah I weighed in at 240 today up 22 lbs since my first inj. Woop woop

    If your around 345 try like 290-300 for your set of 5. I like to throw a set of 10-12 in after that set of 5 too. BUT I don't bench 500 lbs like AB lol

    Yeah man, I kinda had 295 in my head for the 5, and will see on throwing in the 10-12. Wanna kill mu uper chest with db too for incline. I don't know anyone doing anything like AB lol but gives us someone to chase lol

I'm sorry if it sounds like I toot my horn bro, I just use to b a meth junky and my life has changed and feel like each PR I get I'm beating something more than the weights.     Yesturday I mentioned maybe injecting my calf. After googling it sounds like a lot of ppl don't realy like it there. So almost did my delts, but that was an almost because the test I have now has tons of pip and quite frankly that scares the **** out of me. But the next cycle I will deff because diff go to guy and I will get smaller needles yikes.

    I injected the inner part of my quad cause I have bliisters on the outer and my ass from the fake bake. It went in nicely though with no problems.

    Nutrition for the day consisted of:

    Early am 1 scoop whey protein

    Breakfast: 6 scrambled eggs, 4 turkey bacon, whole weat toast, and milk.

    Lunch: turkey breast, brown rice, and some kind of fruit.

    Pre workout: 50mg winny cap, 1 liv52, animal rage packs 7 caps, multi vitamin

    Post workout: 2 scoops whey protein

    Dinner: not sure yet, but prolly buffet at a home cooked restaraunt where I will eat lots of greens, protein, and carbs.

    Late night snack: fruit, 1 scoop whey protein, liv52 cap, another liver support pill, and 3 fish oil.

    Unless I get better I won't be doing too much excercises that I have to bend over due to the blisters on my quads, and my back could use some rest. Ready to finish this epic cycle out rite baby, blood, sweat, and tears!

    Did shoulders today, shoulder press was epic for me fo show! Aas = Magic! I'm beginning to think that there is realy no limit to how strong I'm gunna be.

    Smith mach shoulder press:

    285 failed! Next week for sure

    Standing BB rows with smith:

    Standing front shoulder raises DB:

    40x8 a little bit fatigued from shoulder press I think.

    Had to stop my workout early today due to parent teacher conf. And I coach my sons football team. Also I've not been able to do abs or legs due to the blisters on my hamstrings and quads from me being burnt in a tanning bed, dumb ass!
    Will b honest my back could use some relief as my back is starting to get better. Will c how I feel tomorrow, but bi's are a definette for tomorrow. Will update more tomorrow.

So almost did my delts, but that was an almost because the test I have now has tons of pip and quite frankly that scares the **** out of me. But the next cycle I will deff because diff go to guy and I will get smaller needles yikes.

    I injected the inner part of my quad cause I have bliisters on the outer and my ass from the fake bake. It went in nicely though with no problems.

    Nutrition for the day consisted of:

    Early am 1 scoop whey protein

    Breakfast: 6 scrambled eggs, 4 turkey bacon, whole weat toast, and milk.

    Lunch: turkey breast, brown rice, and some kind of fruit.

    Pre workout: 50mg winny cap, 1 liv52, animal rage packs 7 caps, multi vitamin

    Post workout: 2 scoops whey protein

    Dinner: not sure yet, but prolly buffet at a home cooked restaraunt where I will eat lots of greens, protein, and carbs.

    Late night snack: fruit, 1 scoop whey protein, liv52 cap, another liver support pill, and 3 fish oil.

    Unless I get better I won't be doing too much excercises that I have to bend over due to the blisters on my quads, and my back could use some rest. Ready to finish this epic cycle out rite baby, blood, sweat, and tears!

    What is the rage powder bro? And usualy when I work I get 250 too 300grams of protein a day. Today a little more thane 200. On days I work I take a lot of food to work due to me getting 5x45 min breaks a day. I think I get more breaks than I have to work lol
