Yes the pumps should go away dbol back pumps are pretty brutal. Back always felt sore. some people will front load with prop due to the ester. I'm thinking my next run will be a shorty 6 weeks tren ace + prop!Originally Posted by msrider

I guess I need to research tren a bit and prop. U take a lot less mg of prop rite. And tren ace is strong **** isn't it. I'm thinking of running decca, test e, and dbol again if I can handle it. Would like to do prop but don't want that many injections. I don't c to many ppl running winny with decca, is there a reason for that. Had a ruff night last night. Woke up feeling good though. Today is the start of my last week of dbol and another inj. day #7.
Tomorrow I get my new workout partner so should kick some ass in the gym.

Gym sucked today as far as weight I pushed. I started a new job at work. My shoulders were sore from inspecting five lb loafs of subway cheese last night for 12 hours. I know 5 lbs can't hurt my shoulder, bull ****. I'm a soar mother ****er. Anyways new partner helped me pump out extra reps that will surely show some great gains later. Anyways I toar my muscles down even though no personal records were set. I will post the workout in a bit gotta get dinner ready before work.

So today I did chest with a new partner. He is a big dude. He is kinda the reason I lift. Him and a few guys wanted to have a friendly waiger on who could get the best physic. So we started lifting. I was so week compared to him. He was at 315 max on bench I was 175. He quit and the other guyss did too but I'm addicted. I kept going and almost 2 years later I've passed his max and he got weaker. But its all good but kinda feels good when he always dominated me in the gym. Anyways now ya know why I began lifting. So now I'm trying to help him lean up and stay with it. Here's are workout
Bb flat bench drop sets:
305x6, 255x8, 205x9
305x5, 255x6, 205x7
305x4, 255x6, 205x9
It was tough today, my arms were sore from a new job at work.
Incline db press:
Incline db flies:
Sitting db chest push out and hold excercise lol:
Cable mach crossover (downward)
60 each arm x10, (3 sets)
Cable mach crossover (upward)
20 each Arm x 10 (3 sets)
Then did some abs for 10 min
So today I didn't hit no records but all in all had someone pushing me for another rep here and there and that is gunna take me over the top. **** was tough so I know it is only gunna blow my ass up.

Did some reverse bb curls, did some cable mach forearm excercises, and db forearm excercises. Sorry bout not knowing the exact names of some excercises. I totaly killed my arms.

3 sets of 20 (crunces from an uprite dip possition) these realy work ur lower abs great
Today I felt better than any day yet. Don't know if its too early yet for the test to b kicking in. But I was full of life today. And nomore pip the last 2 inj. Wonder if that's cause its nearing the end of my vial of test. Any how, I'm ready for great things to come.

****s getting real! Last couple days I've been noticing a major increase in energy, I'm wanting sex a lot more. Actualy the wife has too turn me down, that never happend before lol! Its still early to tell if the test is kicking in or not. But I'm starting to feel like a machine anyhow. Did back today and broke a record. Loven aas!

Felt amazing today, not only did I break a record on deads, I did it a day after squating 365x8 which was a record. Prolly shouldn't have done back today, but if ya feeling it go for it.

Woke up this morning a little later so I cheated a bit and had fruity pebles with my boys lol, won't lie it was good. Had a protein shake too. On the flip side I had a good shoulder workout.
Shoulder press smith mach:
215x7, 165x10, 115x12
215x6, 165x8, 115x11
235x3, 185x6, 135x8
Bent over lateral raises:
20lbx10 3 sets
Front db raises:
30lbx10 3 sets
Single armed cable mach lateral raises:
20lbx10 3 sets
Straight arm front to back cables:
20 lb x 10 3 sets
100lbx10 db shrugs 3 sets
Did another excercise for my delts but can't remember the name.
Also I went ahead and worked by biceps a bit and forearms too
Alternating db curls:
Alternating hammer culs:
40x10 3 sets
20lb db wrist rotations front to back
Did those 2 sets till they burned
20lb db 180 degree rotation
2 sets till can't do nomore
Also after my partner left I worked my core, worked my obliques so much they wanting to cramp. Loved it! I had some serious pumps going on on biceps, not use to the veins but hope they keep growing haha
