    Ok boys I changed my cycle, still the same except gunna take 50 mg of winny the last 4 weeks of my 10 week cycle and 2 weeks after till my pct. I got milk thistle tabs and will have my liv 52 this week. This is gunna b an awesome cycle. Will post my chest workout later tonight.

    Like I said I would, here's my chest workout for today:

    Bb bench press 305x7, 255x10, 205x12 drop sets 305x7 pr
    305x5, 255x7, 205x7
    305x4, 255x6, 205x8

    305x7 took a lot out of me and I was using smith mach. Next week I finaly have a workout partner joining me. Gunna go harder then.

    Incline db press
    80x10,85x8,90x6

    Incline db flies
    55x10
    60x10
    65x10

    Sitting db hold (start with 15lb db pressed to my chest and push away and hold for a pause. Do this 3 sets x 10)
    No clue what this is called if someone knows I'm all ears

    Cable crossovers (downward straight armed)
    40lbx10 2 sets

    Cable crossover (upward straight armed)
    20 lb x10


    I will b maxing out on bb bench at 4 weeks to c where I'm at. Tomorrow will b arm day. I will log my nutrition tomorrow, havnt done that in awhile. So far loving the results. Cya tomorrow!

    Did arms today, abused them pretty good. Had a super good pump. By the way I use animal rage paks for preworkout. Sometimes I use c4 that my wife has to change it up.

Most of old friends c me now and don't recognise me or even think I'm still alive. Lifting is such a great way to get **** off the chest.

    I have eaten so damn much food, I'm gunna burst. Another hour and half and I get my 6th pin of test. Is it too early to feel anything from it. I'm popping tents more frequently. Lol!

    Even though I'm on the dbol and I'm eating a ton I notice my abs are coming in good. I will post more later when my wife can take a few for me. Just 18 days in cycle!

    Winstrol is great for strength gain. As the test clears your system in the last two weeks before PCT, you'll notice more definition and muscle hardness from it.

    That's freaking awesome bro, thanks for input. Also should I lower my carbs or keep it high. I've got a high metabolism so I loose fat quick. I'm gunna do another cycle after this one 10 weeks after this one is that enough time. So I'm realy trying to bulk. Don't know what to run next cycle. Kinda wanted decca but some say not on 2nd cycle. What do u think?

    I pinned my 6th inj. Of test today, still gets soar just not as bad. The back pumps are tollerable with the taurine. I did legs today, they are soar as **** for sure.

    That's a good length, I havnt decided yet what my 2nd cycle will b. Was think of running 10 weeks but 750 test not sure what the pro's and con's are if I did that or ran 500 for 14 weeks. Will do somemore research.

    The general rule is time on = time off plus pct so 10 weeks after you finish pct Or depending in how you feel get some bloodwork done and if it's all back to working normal ranges go for it!

    Thanks luke! That's what I though I should do. Also on the blood work, do u just go to the dr and tellem I need blood work done. Not sure how that works or is there away to get it checked.

    I believe the general rule for time between cycles is length of cycle+pct...so if you cycle for 12 weeks and then wait 2 weeks to start pct and then pct for 4 weeks you should take 18 weeks off. As far as bloodwork goes... A lot of guys do different things. I don't go to my dr. Simply for insurance reasons. Your dr is obligated to record that your on steroids. Now he's not going to call the cops or anything but down the road if day u have liver problems your insurance COULD say they're not going to cover it because u did steroids back in 2012. Or if your insurance is through your employer your job could be in jeopardy. Small chance of it happening but why take a chance at all. I use the online service. I don't think I can give u the website but just google it.

    No worries man but I always use the time on = tine off protocol as I feel it's good to give your body a decent break. Also gives me time to cut off the fat that i put on on cycle. I'm not sure how it goes over there as I'm in Australia and it's as simple as going to the doc and requesting a full hormone check.

    Yesturday I did shoulder and I punished them. Loved seeing big veins coming out on my traps.

    Shoulder press smith mach: (drop sets)
    205x6,155x10, 105x15
    205x6, 155x8, 105x15
    225x4 pb, 155x7, 105x15

    smith mach upright rows:
    85x10
    105x10
    105x10

    Front db raises:
    30x10
    30x10
    30x10

    Bent over rows with db:
    25x10x3

    100lb db shrugs 3 sets x10

    Cable mach one armed lateral raises:
    20lbx10
    20x10
    20x10

    Today sucked had my father n law calling me while I'm working out. Didn't get a ton done at the same time still nursing a pinche nerve in back and mild back pumps.

    Wide grip pull ups (bw)
    3 sets x 10

    Bb rows:
    115x10
    135x10
    155x10

    Dead lifts:
    315x10 for 3 sets
    (Normaly I go heavier but back isn't 100% but its close so next week maybe go for 405)

    Reverse grip pull downs:
    290x10
    290x10

    Wide grip pull downs:
    290x10 1 set cause had to go look at a wash job

    Felt good just back pain a bit

    Thanks bro, no doubt glad I went. Sucks cause the dbol is realy kicking in and have some issues with little injurries. But all good. I will blow my back up next week. And I'm stoked cause I get a partner that can do my weight so I will deff b going heavy here on out. Woo hoo!
