I have been given the excellent opportunity to log LG Sciences' new Cycle Shield product to protect my internals from EFX (Epi clone) and Furaguno (Orastan-A). I am targeting this cycle as a recomp/cutter cycle and I am focusing more on leaning up over serious mass gains.
Same story I have posted multiple times. Former fat ass that started exercising to get in shape. Fell in love with destroying the weights and haven't looked back. I have gone from really fat 265 down to around 225 prior to working out and have recently cut down to 192 prior to starting this cycle. I am really hoping this stack cuts me up and helps me see the abs I have been working towards.
Age: 35 years
Height: 6 foot even
Weight: 192lbs on 12/11/2009
Bodyfat%: 17% estimate
Even thought I have dropped quite a bit of weight and added some serious muscle in the last few years I really want to stip the excess fat off so I can show off the hard work that I have put in. I have run Epistane in the past with decent results and I think EFX + Furaguno should help to strip some serious fat off of me. The last time I ran Epi, I didn't do much cardio. On this round I will be doing 20+ minutes 3-4 times per week at minimum.
I am really expecting great things from this cycle. I have my diet in check and I will be concentrating on low carb during the week and working towards a CKD type layout. If I don't accomplish the things I want from this cycle it is on me. I know what needs to be done, I have the right products to get it done and GDit...it will be done!
Weight goal: 198lbs (Hoping for a lean 10lbs along with some bf% loss
Bench goals: 245lbs x 10 during my working set or higher
Squat goals: 275lbs x 10
Body fat goals: below 15%
These pics are where I ended up after my TestoPRO run a couple months ago. I have put on a couple lbs since those pics, but in the mirror I am just as lean and more defined. I will try to get some updated pics in a couple of weeks to show any progress.
Cycle Shield Notes and Tidbits
Taste: Suprisingly good. Original Cycle Support tasted like dirt, Cycle Assist is capped, but gave me some nasty tasting burps. Cycle Shield tased somewhat fruity and went down easy. No stomach discomforts or smelly burps.
Mixability: This mixed flawlessly in 6oz of water, no mess, no clumps and didn't stick to the shaker cup.
Vitals: I just started my cycle today with 10mg of EFX along with one serving of Cycle Shield. I will try to get my blood pressure baseline tomorrow morning before workout. I know Epi will raise my BP some and I have heard others report Furaguno to cause some elevated BP also. This should really put Cycle Shield through the test.
Other Notes: Nothing to report yet. The packaging needs some work prior to release (It was sent out in a big ziplock). J/K
FYI, the Lipotropic protein sample was awesome. Best mixing protein ever and the taste was great. Thx again!
subbed. I have about the same amount of furaguno and was wondering how to use it. What has put me off has been most people say you need to dose at least 300mg. So if this works for you i might run the same cycle.Good luck.
Oh Hel Yeah!!!
Here I is. LOL
I like the spreadsheet there big Silver. Makes it easy to follow and maybe it will keep newbs from asking again and again how much you're taking .........maybe.
The dosages look great. You should see some dramatic results with the added cardio. You gonna be sliced and diced before this is over!!!
THE PAIN YOU ENDURE TODAY WILL PRODUCE THE POWER YOU ENJOY TOMORROW!!

subbed because Silver is a beast! You are looking leaner bro! Noice! Dig the cycle layout.

Quick little mobile update for day 3.
My starting blood pressure was 123/79. Let's see how it progresses from here.
Cycle Shield Thoughts:
Taste: 10/10 for this type of product. It is not unpleasant whatsoever.
Today is day 3 and I am now up to 30mg of EFX. Let's see how things go from here.
In to see the 'shield' work
Nice Silver. Glad to see you up with some new stuff to run. You look solid in those pics too. This is a great product to test and give us the feedback that we can trust.
Good luck to you.
Day 4 Update
This weekend finished up the last of the holiday parties that I was scheduled for. Unfortunately, I didn't eat very clean so that plus EFX already has my weight up around 4lbs. Today I start the low carb day and I still have 4+ weeks to achieve my goals. I will weigh in again on Friday with an official weight update.
I either had a bad chest workout the last 2 weeks in a row, major placebo or EFX has already kicked in. Last week I struggled getting 225 up 6 times and then followed with 4. This week I hit 225 for 10 reps and 245 x 4. It was a very good workout from a strength and endurance standpoint.
Cycle Shield Notes
I think Metroba mentioned it already, but getting 3 seperate servings in per day has been tough. Since it is not capped, it is not as convenient to take in the middle of the day. If that is the only negative I can say about the product then LG has done something right....AGAIN!!!!
Lg does it allll riiiight
No, I never said anything like that lol. But thanks for thinking of me . I do think this does taste good though and I will have no problem taking it in protein shakes and 1 in some water. I'm curious what Eric would think of taking a 1.5 dose 2x/day. Hmmm
