Hello everyone and thanks for joining me here for my first ever AM log. Hopefully we can all have fun and learn something new!
I’d appreciate any and all feedback to my proposed cycle. Will be starting this Friday 1/23 so I’m primed and ready to go!

GOALS: Cutting and maintain/increase strength throughout the cut. Currently at ~14% BF (based on what the mirror tells me) and looking to drop that as low as possible before an upcoming trip (April 3rd) to the beautiful beaches of Thailand. Upper abs are now peeking through and I want to see all those abs!
BACKGROUND: I’ll be 42 years old next week and have had an off and on relationship with the iron for the past 20 years. Most recently I am coming off a 2 ½ year hiatus and got back to the gym in September after getting up to 204 lbs with something over 20% BF. Needless to say it’s been nice to see the fat coming off and the muscle returning and I am hungry for more!
CYCLE HISTORY: I’ve used several designers in the past including the original 1-AD, HD-50, SD, Prostan and several others. I’ve also used both Albuterol and T-3 in the past when cutting and will be revisiting the T-3 this time around, albeit in low doses. I haven’t taken any PH’s for almost 3 years so my receptors are fresh and ready to go!
TRAINING PLAN: I’m currently lifting 4 days a week, but on a 3 day split. This means that I hit each body part every 5 days. I alternate between heavy weights (6-8 reps) and moderate weights (8-10 reps) and keep the pace fairly fast with 90 seconds between sets for heavy days and 45 seconds rest for moderate days. There’s a good chance I’ll change things up again a few weeks into the cycle, but that remains to be seen. Cardio is performed 5-6 times a week. Treadmill at 3.5 mph on a 10% incline for 30-45 minutes per session. If necessary I am willing to throw a couple HIIT sessions in there, but as long as fat loss continues I’ll stick with the current cardio.
DIET: 6 to 7 smaller meals per day. High protein and low carb with moderate to high healthy fats to help maintain strength and test production.
CYCLE & PCT PROTOCOL:
This is a 6 week oral only cycle
Daily throughout: Multi-vitamin / 10g Fish oil / EVOO / Xtend pre-during workout / ON Protein / Vitamin C 4g
Daily during cycle: Celery Seed Extract 600mg (BP support) / Hawthorne Berry 1000mg (BP support)
Week 1: 50mg H-Drol / MMV2 x3 / 4mg M-TRN (3 days then boost to 6mg) / 12.5mcg T-3
Week 2: 50mg H-Drol / MMV2 x3 / 6mg M-TRN (1st 2 days) / 25mcg T-3
Week 3: 50mg H-Drol / MMV2 x4 / 25mcg T-3 / DCP x6
Week 4: 75mg H-Drol / MMV2 x4 / 25mcg T-3 / DCP x6
Week 5: 75mg H-Drol / MMV2 x5 / 12.5mcg T-3 / DCP x6 / Recreate
Week 6: 75mg H-Drol / MMV2 x5 / DCP x6 / Recreate
PCT
Daily during PCT: Milk Thistle 1000mg (liver recovery)
Week 7: 40mg Nolva (1st 3 days then drop to 20mg) / Stoked / DCP x6 / Recreate
Week 8: 20mg Nolva / Stoked / DCP x6 / Recreate
Week 9: 10mg Nolva /Stoked / DCP x6 / Recreate / Lean Xtreme x3 / Activate
Week 10: 10mg Nolva / Stoked / DCP x6 / Recreate / Lean Xtreme x3 / Activate

Will continue with Lean Xtreme and Activate for 2 weeks.
