Why you may want to consider stacking RPM, Drive, and X-Factor

    and the main downside to taking in to much oils with xfactor would be "the ****s"???

    no, its just that fish oil is a nono, and there are questions about other omega 3 or 6 oils and how it affects gains with xfactor

    Indeed and also, RPM and Drive have that leaning effect on you as well. Keep your diet constant and clean. If you don't you might consume oils and foods that may hinder/mess up x-factor gains. So clean diet, RPM, Drive X-Factor is the way to go.

    Anyways... I have suspected the possible synergy between X-Factor and Drive for a while now. One of MN's reps is getting insane results from that particular stack. So, I'm not surprised to see this thread.

    I might just log this stack come January.

    Only if you have an enzyme deficiency (not a clinical one, just an adaptive one). As you increase fat intake your body will improve its ability to utilize it. Usually people get the runs from ingesting lots of fats is because of lipase deficiency. A good example of this state being artificially induced is that good-for-nothin drug Alli.

    Although I'm biased. I've long supported higher fat/lower carb dietary recommendations for just about all situations. Fat is the energy substrate for smart people.

    There can't be enough resveratrol in there for it to matter based on the dosing (its the 5th ingredient in a 1050mg dose, so has to be under 200mg), and GPA has more evidence showing it will block creatine uptake than anything else. Seems like another one of those "someone had a cool idea so we ran with it" products, rather than something thought out with science behind it. the ingredient "3,7-D5-BCA: 3-alpha, 7-alpha-dihydroxy-5-beta-cholanic acid" looks interesting, but then again, thats their specialty now, making the labels look interesting.

    I really wanna run X-Factor/Dive/RPM/NeoVar next summer for my TKD but the wholeX-Factor and fat consumption details is makeing it really hard to plan out.

    Anyone have any ideas on what the best fat source would be for TKD and this stack?

    so you stir fry the shrimp in about 1/4 cup of coconut oil with some onions and peppers, add some jamaican yellow curry seasonings, and at the end once they are cooked you throw in a couple cups of spinach and toss. That way you pick up all the coconut oil

    Perhaps a 60 day - 1250 mg cycle with 8 caps of Drive a day would be pretty adequate for a guy your size.
