One Week Recap!

One week into my cycle with Hercules!

So far i'm feeling great. Last week i had to travel quite a bit with my work and was gym hopping.
And usually caus of limited time, i only can spend an hour training. So my normal routine
is cut at least in half. But i make good use of my time and keep my set and rep range concise.

Had a great weekend and looking forward to getting back to the late afternoon/early evening
LA madhouse ;) But as i always do.. while everyones standing in line waiting for a bench,
i'm gonna go straight in hittin legs. Start my week off right!

As most of you my AM brudhas, i do like to know as much as possible about anything im putting into
my body, from the food i eat, to the supps i take. And theres great info and some studies out there on
Laxogenin and its anobolic/androgenic ratio effects.

Gott a run some errands to catch up a bit. check back in later Hercules pre-workout mode!

the whole "monday=chest day" is the sole reason I have monday scheduled as my off day haha. Every monday should just be called "start my fitness journey that I'll quit by wednesday" day. Friggin amateur hour

right! ...the only thing you gotta contend with workin legs on mondays is how to share the leg press with all the females. At least theres alot of hotties early in the week workin off all those Petron shotz from the wknd!)

Thats what i think im gonna call my leg routine from now on... "Eye Candy Mondays" :)

well in all fairness.. ive done the schedule you got goin now for many years as well.
Im actually tryin the leg routine mondays only the past year or so,
to switch it up. And it helped with my growth and changing my routine regulerly.
I also found it kicks in my GH rather well and metabolism for the next few days
after trainin my legs off first..

How Does Laxogenin Work?

laxogenin.png

How does Laxogenin work?

In detail, Laxogenin is a sapogenin, a steroidal constituent of the non-sugar portion of a saponin,
isolated from the plant Smilax Sieboldii, which is slightly similar to asparagus.
The compound is a spirostanic analogue of the brassinosteroid,
meaning that it’s in a group of plant-based steroids found in small quantities
in plants and foods such as pollen, seeds, and leaves.

Laxogenin is often compared to oxandrolone since it is believed to have a similar anabolic/androgenic ratio.
You may know oxandrolone by its trade name, Anavar.

Oxandrolone reduces Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) hormones,
which promote higher levels of free testosterone and increases nitrogen
retention that will leads to anabolism. Oxandrolone has been shown to
directly promote lipolysis by binding to androgen receptor,
reducing thyroid-binding globulin and enhanced utilization of triiodothyronine (T3).
It also increases red blood cell count resulting in an increase in muscular endurance.

OMG! i couldnt handle listening to same play list anymore.
im addicted to new beats and new sets everyday.

I use Soundcloud and mostly apples PODCAST.
You can either stream them, or download them so when your not
connected online you have it ready to listen to and most podcast are
at least an hour of music.

Soundcloud is free and every and any artist is on there.
It's streaming, but theres endless dj mixes on there so you just
hit play and never worry bout breaks or commercials...

Where does Laxogenin come from?

smilax-sieboldii.jpg

Laxogenin was isolated in 1992 from rhizomes of smilax sieboldii
(a plant species found throughout the world, but native to Asia).
It is considered to be a type of steroidal sapogenin, and part of a group called brassinosteroids,
which are part of a group of 40 different steroids that are synthesized from species of plants.
Within the plant, these amazing compounds promote growth and vitality.

A study from the FASEB journal in 2010 showed that these brassinosteroids
actually trigger anabolic effects by increasing protein synthesis, while halting protein breakdown.
As we all know, protein is the building block of muscle, but with laxogenin you also get such benefits
as fat loss and performance enhancement.

As a matter of fact, laxogenin is known to be the only product available that can
give you anabolic gains in mass and strength without the steroidal suppression,
or other side effects. Therefore, athletes can use it on a caloric restricted diet
to prevent loss of muscle and strength. Furthermore, it will also help control glucose
and increase thyroid function (metabolism). Besides, according to one experiment from
the late 80's in Japan, laxogenin has been shown to have anti inflammatory benefits
and a prominent anti-tumor potential.

Thanks Hyde!

Yeah im really focusing on my diet this past few months and getting
it clocked in as normal and normal. I have lost some mass but happy
with shedding the 10 lbs i was looking to.

And definately having fun with giving this a run. As well as sharing
my experience with anyone in the future interested in Hercules or in
the Laxogenin supp.

Denny's is excellent for a hard day of training...as long as I have 3 hours to get out of the coma beforehand!
lol nice one mate! yeah i actually didnt go hard this time. since i been holdin down 50 to 75 g carbs a day
i got to the point now where i dont even crave them like i normally use to.
And still weighing this one out heavily on my mind and its now becoming an inner issue,
caus even cheat meals and cheat days, turn me off and i removed it from my thinking and routine all together.

So the $4 slam was quite enough and didnt even finish the pancakes.
I was upset cause i love maple syrup
and forgot to bring my own... ;)

yeah it did put me in a slumber for couple hours after..
but paid off later in the gym with some extra fuel..

Till next year... ha!

Laxogenin FACT: Did You Know?

DID YOU KNOW…

Interest in Laxogenin took off in 2007 when Yahoo Sports!
detailed an article on NFL Quarterback Tim Couch, who staged
an impressive comeback and credited Laxogenin as a
component for his physical recovery.[8]

Couch was the former Cleveland Browns QB who was their #1 draft pick in 1999,
but was absolutely battered for five painful years and was forced to have multiple
shoulder in the mid 2000s.

laxogenin-derivatives.png

Phytosterol spirostane and spirostene derivatives having a wide variety of utilities in humans.

Laxogenin Patent:
US 20140274978 A1

Claim: wherein the spirostane is selected from the group consisting of laxogenin,
5-hydroxy-laxogenin, laxogenin acetate, 5-hydroxy-laxogenin acetate
and combinations thereof and the spirostene is selected from the group consisting
of 7-keto-diosgenin, 7-keto-diosgenin acetate and combinations thereof.

Let’s revisit the question again: is it worth taking?

On paper, Laxogenin seems too good to be true;
a plant based steroid that will noticeably increase strength
and lean body mass with no androgenic side effects,
making it safe for both men and women.

Recovery

Tests showed that protein synthesis increased by over 200%,
the key to lean muscle growth and accelerated repair.
In testing, 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin has balanced cortisol response,
which is the major cornerstone to healthy recovery and reduction of muscle wasting.

Recovery after training has been getting better. My healing time post workout is quicker.
Im really looking forward to what this can do for my shoulder issues as i continue the log.
