WEEK 2 Summary

Hello guys last week was extremely busy so wasnt able to
post or detail as much as i would have liked.
But just finished my third week on SPARTA "HERCULES"
and heres a little summary.

CURRENT STATS

160.5 lbs

POSITIVE EFFECTS:

- Helps Increase Strength - Yes , since i been taking it my have felt an increase in strength
- Helps Increase Muscle Hardness - Yes, can already feel muscles are getting harder
- Helps Improve Muscle Recovery - Yes
- Helps Reduce Cortisol Levels -Yes

NEGATIVE EFFECTS:

- None

Tests showed that protein synthesis increased by over 200%,
the key to lean muscle growth and accelerated repair.
In testing, 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin has balanced cortisol response,
which is the major cornerstone to healthy recovery and reduction of muscle wasting.

Recovery after training has been getting better. My healing time post workout is quicker.
Im really looking forward to what this can do for my shoulder issues as i continue the log.

Yes, 200% increase does not mean a 200 times increase, which some may thing.

It actually means it would increase protein synthesis by 3 times the normal rate.

Functions of HERCULES Laxogenin:

5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin was discovered by an American scientist in 1996.
It was shown to possess an anabolic/androgenic ratio similar to one of the

effects of liver toxicity or testing positive for steroidal therapy.

Until now there's only one animal study about the function of 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin.
This is an old Russian research. It is shown that 6-ketoderivatives of natural sapogenins
display the anabolic activity and do not manifest any androgenic properties.
The compound 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin produces an accelerated gain of weight in rats,
and also an increase in the weight of the liver, heart, kidneys,
musculus tibiliasis anterior and augments the total amount of protein therein.
All of the above-mentioned changes become more pronounced with the study
substance introduced to young animals.

Some 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin products claim that after the usage athletes
have found dramatic strength increases in 3-5 days, and muscle mass increases in 3-4 weeks.
5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin exerts beneficial effects without steroidal influence,
and it is great for drug testing and does not test positive for steroids.

You definintely could. That would be an unreal natty stack for sure. Perfect for PCT or bridge between cycles

Where Is Laxogenin Synthesized From?

Where Laxogenin Began

Laxogenin also commonly referred to as Laxogen
is a type of plant steroid known as a steroidal saponin.
This steroidal saponin in particular is a special analog of Teasterone
which is a brassinosteroid. It just so happens, that this relationship makes
Laxogenin exceptionally anabolic among other benefits all-the-while
coming pretty darn side effect free (none reported).

As a compound of nature, Laxogenin is pretty rare. It is currently extracted
from a specific type of Sarsaparilla tree known as the Smilax Sieboldii.

HEALING INJURIES? Day 26 Log:

So since i havnt included it in my stats since the beginning of this log,
i'll tell you about my injuries and why i am very optimistic about Hercules
'Laxogenin' supp.

In 2013 i had hip surgery on my right hip. All went well but it took me a few months
just to be able to walk again. The next 6 months i spent doing rehabilitation,
mostly my own. Then another 6 months getting my ability to run and play sports
back. Since then i experience some pain if i lift too heavy or stretch out to far.

Also this past February i was in a car accident in company vehichle. I got t boned
pretty good and smashed my left shoulder into left window. The airbags all busted
out, so im not sure which did the damage the impact against the door, or the airbags.
But with a mri and therapy come to find out i tore my rotary as well as a tendon going
from my neck down to my shoulder. UG! Yeah nightmare scenario for anyone who lifts!
So for few months i couldnt even press 25 lb dumbbells without that click n pop and pain.

So besides some cissus, i been happy to try Laxo and work into my supp diet.
I have built up my shoulder strength pretty well, and last mri showed a great deal of healing.
But certain movements or goin heavy irritates it.

So here it is:

3 weeks on HERCULES and no miracles.... yet ;)

BUT!:

My recovery in the gym has been Amazing! i got my soreness or
lack of, down to a t, and i know my bodys limits very well. I havnt
changed anything majorly in my routines, other than increase the weight this
past 3 weeks to levels i havnt tryed to many times since the accident in Feb.
Besides wanting to get back to 90 lb dumbbell presses @ 10 reps,
i wanted to mostly see what the after effects would be as far as pain,
soreness, and recovery. And especially last week, im happy to say,
im really stoked cause my recovery has been fantastic!

I did experience some pain still of course, but even after going hard a number of
different training sessions, my soreness was much less afterward than normal.
And rather than the soreness hang on for a couple-few days, within a day it was
almost gone completely. Id like to think that with a proper run (i like to really try a
product for 3 months to properly see what it can really do) this could really help me
with healing previous injuries, as well as experience faster recovery from over training
or tissue breakdown.

I will continue taking HERCULES along with a few additional supps i plan on adding
in Septembers training and log.

I really want to see those tests..
Yes it would be nice to have more information available especially
the russian studies. I have read alot of good feedback from others
who ran it, but as far as solid lab stats very little info..

Would love to see some studies in the future though especially since
theres so many brassinosteroids to look into..

Thank you! Im prob gonna stick with HERCULES couple more bottles
as well as add a transdermal with it as i add a few supps in September.

Yes it would be nice to have more information available especially

Would love to see some studies in the future though especially since
theres so many brassinosteroids to look into..
I honestly would love to see blood tests. So rate for even hormonal products anymore.

35 Days on Hercules

Been on Hercules for 35 days and feeling good in the gym!
Yesterdays pump i kept it light with high reps.
My shoulder still bothering me a little, but my recovery
is still great.

Today did cardio and went surfing for couple hours.
For those that have any experience with it,
its also another source of great cardio
high intensity training with alot of back,
and tri's from paddling around for hours.

I been switching up the dosage a little.

Morning with my Protein Shake
2 pills = 40 mg

Evening with my Protein meal
3 pills = 60 mg
