Tue- Legs ( hypertrophy workout):
1.) Usual morning and noon.
2.) Evening and workout went good. It felt good to burn muscles out after yesterdays strength session.
Anyone got any feedback on appetite increase from Novedex XT?

2.) Noon and finished my session. it went very good. I'm really starting to like these heavy days. I get to lift a ton of weight and sessions aren't that long.

1.) Usual morning and noon. Feeling a bit sore from Wed. I might have to do something about that.
2.) Evening and workout was exhausting. A lot to do in a small amount of time. I feel burned out. We'll see how tomorrow feels.

Definitely intelligence there if you're doing your Doctorate at 25 years old!

Update on weight. B4 I got sick I was at my 188 lbs. I did weigh myslf last night and I was down 2lbs. I'm sure it's all due to flu tho. I'm still following PCT as outlined, so I know that's not to blame. Once I'm over the flu I'll weigh myself again to see if my weight bounces back.
Oh and today I took off gym too as well, so no report on that.

Thur- took day off due to flu.
FRI- Legs and back ( hypertrophy)
1.) Usual morning and evening.
2.) Noon and workout went o.k. I'm still not 100% ,so I did as best I could. I did try a new prwo-Muscle Marinade. It was good. Nothing crazy but it helped.

Last, but not least, Novedex XT is kicking my libido into overdrive.

Oh yeah. In fact on this new workout my strength has been going up consistently and fairly quickly. Weight seems to be the same, but it looks like I'm getting a bit more definition.

Wow thats odd, since it was engineered for it to be nearly impossible. Also, maybe ur just very gyno prone. Did u do any other PH's and get gyno from those?

Sun- Was suppose 2 be off, but had to workout, cause of my upcoming schedule. Legs ( strength day). Day went as:
1.) Morning and finished lifting. I've been seen small strength increases from Testopro already.
2.) Noon and evening were usual.
Today is my last day of PCT. I'll post a few more days still, but after thaty will be it. my last post will be after I see my doctor and I should have some results then. Hopefully you all enjoyed this log as much as I did. Thanks to all following and I hope people like my results. My weight is steadily holding up at 187 lbs, so hooray.

I can be of assistance- when did the issue occur- before or after usage? Mestanoloxime does not aromatize, and we had every batch tested for purity. Not saying that it couldn't happen, but DHT derivatives by their chemical nature can't aromatize- they are at the end of an irreversible step in the metabolic process. Also, were you stacking it with anything else?

After taking The One, it may be possible, but only if you didn't take 2nd Gear. Androgen levels tend to dip upon cessation, and depending on the individual, this may upset the T:E balance, especially if no PCT measures have been taken.

The more details you can give me, the better I can answer your questions....

K. That's what we all were expecting. Problems existing due to poor PCT, not any type of direct aromatizing. It was 1 of my major reasons for picking this PH as my 1st one.

There's no reason to lose your gains if you have a good PCT, keep the training intensity and volume up, and maintain your caloric intake. Great stuff on your progress and maintenance of it! Glad you enjoyed The ONE :)

oh I know ,it's just that most of my gym buds are not really consistent and whatever they gain, thy tend to loose. this is y it's so hard for them to comprehend.
Anyways, update on my post PCT progress. I'm still at 187 lbs. My strength is slightly going up, probably due to change in workout plan. Current supps include Testopro, fish oil, whey, probiotics, aminos, waxy and creatine. I'm thinking of throwing in a natty GH booster, but not sure yet. My diet consists of the same calorie intake as I had On the cycle. only thing that has changed is the portions ( smaller) and timing ( more frequent).
lastly, I will post my blood work some time after next 2 weeks. Hopefully everything checks out.
Thx to all following the log and helping me on the way. I hope my experience has helped alot. Oh and if you've enjoyed this log, keep an eye on my future PH cutting log that I'll do in spring ,b4 more goodies get banned. :banned:


P.S. I will also post an ultimate review of this PH and corresponding PCT, after blood work is done.

hey bro weird question: were your nipples super hard on this?
one of my buddies is on this he is in his 2 week and he says his nipples are super hard and that he is itchy everywhere, like his chest, abdominal area, and back. can you comment on this?
