Most of the time I am ok but not 100% sure of the cause. I have been training more often. Sleep could be a little better. Will be nice having a few extra days off to sleep.

Yall are too kind. It isnt a pretty 260 or whatever I weigh. Need to cut down and show off. I have noticed a lot more muscle coming through though. Triceps are really popping now. My arms have never been a strong feature. Even my biceps are peaking a bit more lately. Hopefully I can get some pics again. Not sure how wise my photographer selection was haha.

Been fighting something myself the last few days. Had a good workout today but can't seem to get enough food in. Stomach is constantly queezy.

Hope you dont get sick. I just seem to need more sleep that I cant seem to get. So far eating hasnt been too much of an issue. Just 3 meals a day 1 preworkout and 2 post. The 1st meal is a lot of fat and protein(animal), 2nd meal is protein and carb heavy, and then 3rd meal is a nice dessert. Pretty much stuff my face meals 1 and 2 haha.

Some posts about my workout tonight. Thought I was going to be lifting with Hector and Roy but never saw them. Kind of held up my workout waiting on them. It was clear since I didnt sweat constantly.

Seated BB press fat gripzELECT up to 205 for 3. Tried 225 which was just crazy. Got 1 iffy rep and then called it. Way too big of a jump but I am man enough to admit it kicked my ass haha.
Cable upright rows PSR
Standing press fat gripz140 for 5, 160 for 3, 180 for 10 reps. This was another solid set estimated at about 240.
Seated DB lateral raise PSR 2 sets rep scheme 6/4/3/3/3 weights 15/20/25/30/35

Close grip bench ELECT with fat gripz(start of gnarling) 235/245/255/265/275 immediately drop to 225 for 12 reps
Dips bodyweight over 50 reps A lot harder when you weigh 260 haha
Seated DB overhead ext 2 sets 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 12 reps and 3 negatives
Standing concentration curls 4 sets of 8 reps with 40 pounds

A damn solid workout. Felt huge while lifting. Definitely getting stronger on all my lifts.

Tomorrow I will be doing legs solo. Talked about lifting with a friend but she hasnt gotten back to me. Oh well probably would have slowed me down anyway. Getting a massage in the morning then lift a few hours later.

Head is bugging me a little bit right now. Feels like it could be a BP headache coming on. Probably take some liquid viagra in my next shake for multiple reasons.

Got another painful leg massage today. Might rotate to another area soon. My chest and shoulders could use some work.

Seated leg curls PSR 75/120/165/195/210
Stiff leg deadlifts 2 sets of 10 with 245 pounds

Seated calf press 3 sets of 10 reps with 270 pounds

Ab wheel 3 sets of 10 reps
Wood chopper 2 sets of 12 with 6
Land mines 3 sets of 10 reps each side with just the bar

Haha not quite. Man I felt like crap today. Took some stuff out of the workout. Had to do some auto regulation haha. Even with my intra shake I wouldnt have been able to finish everything. Tomorrow will be a much needed rest day. 4 days in a row kicks my butt. My forearms have been noticeably tight. Had the massage therapist work on them some today. She is only 130 pounds but can make my 260 pound butt shut up haha.

Kind of debating if I want to focus more on hypertrophy more for the rest of the cycle. Honestly my strength on squat and deadlift have been pissing me off. Especially when it comes to my deadlift. Think part of it is I beat my CNS up quite a bit lifting as much as I do on cycle.

I wouldnt say I am lifting weak just that my form feels off. I know with weight changes the way we lift can be altered. Might still be getting used to it on some lifts.

Alright so todays workout ran a little long. My sister went with me. Did my whole chest workout. Then Hector and Roy came. Of course they are doing chest. So I ask to join. My chest is going to hate me tomorrow. I will give a rundown of the workout.

Incline BB press with fat gripz ELECT last set 275
Decline BB press with fat gripz ELECT last set 315 Not really getting easier.
DB pullovers 2 sets of 10 reps with 85 pounds
Flat BB press 315 for 5 reps. The 1st 4 were solid pause press and the 5th was just a regular rep.

Then started lifting with Hector and Roy.
Wide bench press with bottom partials. Did a bench of sets. Finished with pressing 365 for 1 rep. Tried 380 but couldnt quite get it.
Incline smith press focusing on the bottom of the rep
Cable flyes

Close grip bench with fat gripz
Tricep ext with triangle
Cable kickbacks superset with rope tricep ext

Lat pulldowns 3 sets of 10 reps
BB curls PSR 50/70/90/100/110 felt a little easier today
Hammer curls 3 sets of 9 reps with the 50s

Damn good workout. My chest is toast and so are my triceps. Might have to hit chest with them every now and then. They are convinced they can get me over a 405 bench. We will see about all that. It sure makes it easier while on M-Sten and killing food. I plan on switching diets a little while after PCT. This much weight is just a bit too much. Real hard to make 260 look "good" haha.

Christmas day lifting.

Close grip lat pull downs 4 sets of 10 reps
Bb bent over rows 3 sets of 10 reps
Wide lat pull downs 2 sets of 10 reps
Pull up negatives 3
Bent over db laterals 2 sets of 10 reps
Rope face pulls 2 sets of 12 reps

I have been so tired lately. Thinking the lethargy is getting bad. Could probably spend all day in bed and be happy. Some bursts of aggression here and there.

Pretty sure the M-Sten. I have been tired on low activity low carb off days. Never usually this tired even on high activity low carb days. I eat plenty of carbs on lifting days.

I only eat 3 times maybe 4 times a day. I will give an idea for my lifting days.
Coffee a few hours after waking. 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 10 grams of whey isolate.
1st meal is meat probably 100 grams of protein. Fat is at least 50 grams usually more.
Post workout(25 to 30 minutes after workout) is 35 grams of fast protein(will go into greater detail later), 10 grams of casein, scoop of recoverpro, creatine mono(recoverpro scooper), 1 scoop of rilose(fast carb, also have used dextrose)
2nd meal about 30 to 45 after post workout is pretty much stuff myself with protein and carbs. Usually white rice with some kind of lean meat. If still hungry some kind of rice or corn based cereal with milk.
Before my 3rd meal 20 grams whey hydro, recoverpro, creatine mono, a little dextrose
3rd meal is about an hour to 90 minutes later. It is more dessert based. A favorite of mine is a turnover warmed with vanilla ice cream on top. Then maybe more cereal. Kind of hard to eat anymore here.
4th meal might be some cottage cheese or lean meat. This is just so I wont go to bed too hungry and so my fast(trying to keep the fast between meals around 12 hours) wont be as long because of work.

My intra workout shake is 50 grams of glycofuse by gaspari, 20 grams of whey hydro, creatine mono, and recoverpro.

My idea was 20-25g whey isolate, 50g Glycomyx, BCAA's, citrulline malate. My creatine is capped pre/post workout.

Lethargy has been pretty negligible for me but I'm on prescribed Androgel so my levels stay the same regardless whether on or off. I do think that lethargy can be caused by other things too though.

and i have been on 1-Alpha for 5 weeks too, which obviously 1-andros do have high lethargy potential.
so - i don't come out and lay it all on m-sten..
do think it is contributing tho, as lethargy has kicked up since use, not prior.

My ultra low carb days are under 30 grams(not including fiber). But I have even had a few carb days while resting. I work 8am to 5pm with an hour to eat(which is needed to get down a pound of ground beef). My sleep varies but at least 5 hours if not 6 hours during the week. Then on weekends I get 8 to 9 hours.

Glycomyx was something I was considering trying a while back. It should have a similiar effect. The big thing would be how fast it clears digestion. Not ideal having something floating around while lifting. The mixture I have been using has treated me very well. It isnt exactly cheap though.

I can only imagine how you feel on the double dose of lethargy. Some times I am like the walking dead. Granted I am not a morning person to begin with. Today I felt like death till about lunch time. Took Unisom(otc sleep aid) last night and it just has me dragging the next morning.

Ya kind of my worry about going any longer. Even though I am getting stronger and leaning out like crazy. It takes me a while to start my shower after I strip down haha. Plus I get pumped while washing. "M-Sten, even a shower will give you a pump" haha.

Alright time to post about my workout a little bit.

Seated BB press ELECT fat gripz worked up to 215 then dropped to 165 for 12 reps
Upright rows cable PSR
Standing DB lateral raise 3 sets of 8 reps
Standing press 531 125*5,145*5, 165*13 I swear I would have gotten more but my quad cramped up on me. Was hard to keep a strong base with a cramp haha.
Some where along this workout I did something to my left shoulder. It just feels real tender. Didnt feel strong with it. Could still press and finish my workout but just felt off.

Close grip bench ELECT fat gripz working up to 285. Shoulder is the reason I didnt drop and rep out with 225. Didnt feel explosive like I want.
Overhead DB ext 2 sets of 10 2nd set with 3 negatives I used the 110 today. Felt easy enough to me. The gym only has 120s after the 110s.
Reverse grip tricep ext cable just did added weight till 10 reps was tough

Honestly wasnt feeling the workout today. A little tired but mainly shoulder nagged me a bit. Hopefully a night of rest helps. The plan is to do legs tomorrow and then maybe chest/back Saturday. Going to hang out with some people Saturday. Not a bad idea to get the full upper body pump plus will be eating some carbs.

Tonight I have been SUPER thirsty. Plenty of salty food plus lots of carbs. Made rice crispy treats(with fruity pebbles) and added extra corn syrup. They SOAK up water haha. Could probably dehydrate you if you are not careful. Made too much of it too. Will have to half the recipe for sure next time.

I just time it right. Try to keep total fructose down. Like I said I keep to corn and rice based cereals.

Another night of not being able to sleep. Good thing is I have a 4 day weekend coming up. Although I doubt it will help reset my sleep schedule. Hopefully I will at least be able to get some sleep.

Since I can't sleep kind of bouncing ideas in my head. For legs tomorrow I am thinking of doing this.

Squats 531 90% week. Maybe a few training singles after the last rep out set.
Leg press but do 5 elect sets. Start with 450 and work up to 810. After the last set drop it to 630 and just rep it out. A widow maker of 20 reps from hell sounds nice. Would need spotters though.
Depending on how dead I feel maybe some leg extensions fst-7 style

Seated leg curls psr
Lying leg curls with negatives
Stiff leg deadlifts maybe Romanians though

As much calf work as I feel
Then some core work

Doesn't that sound like a puking good time? Now if only I could get some rest for the day ahead of me.

Felt like hell a few times today. Thinking it wasnt M-Sten RX related. Had an overstimmed feel. Got through the work day. Went and lifted legs a bit. Didnt get all the exercises I planned but got enough in.

Squats 531: 290*3, 330*3, 375*10(honestly could have been more. Might not have been all there during this set) then a single with 415. The bar was a bit high tonight. Couldnt quite get it in position. Kind of stiff lately.
Leg press ELECT 5 sets 3 reps Started at 450 and finished with 810. After the last set dropped it to 630 and repped it 20 times. While the set sucked I figured it was going to be a lot worse.

Lying leg curls 2 sets 10 reps This time I did negatives on the 1st set

After that I was done. Just a bit spent. Not sleeping kind of makes lifting harder. Figure I could lay off my calves anyway. Not sure what I will do tomorrow as far as lifting goes. Kind of liking the idea of chest and back.

That is a sexy avi you got there. Makes me want to get a similiar one. Too bad my DL has been crap lately.

Got the pics back from the girl today. Forgot how many she took and she sent them all. Probably wont show them to be honest. They are not pretty. Maybe if I can get some "after" shots I will let yall compare. Doesnt seem like I will be getting her to take more pics for me though.

Man I really want to get my DL up but it is probably going to have to wait. Just feel off when I deadlift at this weight. There is definitely more belly now. Used to be able to get away with the 3rd notch on my belt now I usually use the 2nd. Used the 3rd on my rep out set of squats today but it takes a little more effort to get it these days.

I am trying man. The weather down here has SUCKED lately. It is the time of the year I get sick. My body loves the heat.

I could stand to have some lady company too. Talking to a few here and there but hanging out takes a little more planning these days. I swear something I am taking is making the libido do some talking it shouldnt do haha. It would be bad combining this libido with social effects of alcohol. It is a good thing I dont drink anymore.

Left leg felt a bit off today. Just walking around at work it seemed to bother me. Not sure how to describe the feeling though. I think today was the first time I did legs without getting a leg massage before hand in a good while. All I have to say is I have been spoiled haha. Need to get more acquainted with my foam roller.

i always thought that getting a massage before workout made you weaker...don't know where i heard that, i think it is an old boxing thing.

I think of it as the idea of foam rolling. Hasnt seemed to effect me negatively. Mostly just been doing it on legs lately.

Past 2 workouts were chest/back and then shoulders/back.

Main things on chest/back were incline ELECT with 285. Still putting it up strong. Decline ELECT finally went over 315 and did 335. Then on flat bench did 335 for 3 pause press reps. Nothing special for back. Mainly just balancing pressing with pulling.

Similar set up for shoulders/back just balancing all the pressing with pulling. Elect finished with 215 on seated press then drop to 165 and repped it for 10 easy. Nothing really special about the rest of the workout. Kind of felt blah today.

Honestly been feeling run down lately. Not sure if it is just the weather or toxicity. Cant recall feeling this tired on cycle before. Not something that should be taken lightly that is for sure. Still got myself into the gym to move some weights around today though. Already was met by the New Years crowd. Going to start taking headphones to the gym with me maybe my ipod too. Considering going to lift tomorrow since I have the day off from work.

Thanks trying to start it off right.

The other day(Tuesday) did another chest/back workout with some triceps thrown in. Need to get back on "schedule" for my lifting though.

The main things were

2 sets of 10 reps with 120s on flat DB press
Incline BB press 3 sets of 10 reps 225,205,185

Underhand lat pulldowns
T bar row machine 3 sets of 10 reps 4 plates

JM press messing around with 95,115,135 form needs work
Seated overhead DB ext 2 sets of 10 reps the 2nd set had 3 negatives. 110 for 10 reps was easy. So I did 120 for the 2nd set. To be honest it was still pretty easy. The 120 is the most the place has. I keep my elbows in and use good ROM.

Couldnt sleep at all last night. Might have gotten 2 hours. So there was no way I was training today. Ended up getting 2 hours or so of nap time earlier tonight. Still had some carbs even though I didnt lift. Not too much but definitely a decent bit. Some rice with chicken covered in some sweet bbq sauce, a couple rice crispy treats(LOVE them), dried mango, and a LITTLE cheesecake to finish it off.

I am thinking the plan is to do a legit back workout tomorrow. Maybe some deadlifts. Friday will be shoulders. Then Saturday will be good ole legs.

Subbed, nice log. So, from your experience so far, would you recommend a stack of M-Sten and a 4-AD based product. Was thinking of running M-Sten in a few months but I don't want the lethargy that goes with it. Currently don't have access to Test E so will have to be OTC.

Subbed, nice log. So, from your experience so far, would you recommend a stack of M-Sten and a 4-AD based product. Was thinking of running M-Sten in a few months but I don't want the lethargy that goes with it. Currently don't have access to Test E so will have to be OTC.
Yes in fact I think I will be picking up a 2nd bottle of M-Sten to run with some 4-AD I already have.

So ya lethargy is definitely a problem. I need my caffeine fix or else the day doesnt start right. Somehow need to find a way to get more/better sleep or something.

Just got home from lifting.

Deadlifts speed pulls 315, 355, 395, 435, 475
Bent over BB rows ELECT 155/195/235/265/295 drop to 225 rep out
DB bent over rows 3 sets of 10 reps 70/80/90
Close grip lat pulldowns 3 sets of 8 reps 15/15/15
Shrugs 3 sets of 10 reps 275/275/275
Wide grip high pulley cable rows
Flat BB bench rest pause 275*17/?/4 Not sure how many I got on the 2nd set. The 1st set surprised me big time. That is estimated at 430 1 rep max. Obviously that is just a rough guess but that is 45 pounds more than I have ever tried. Dont plan on throwing that on the bar anytime soon though haha.

I would NOT attempt that 1 rep max without working up to it lol. I like when I kinda blackout and just keep hitting reps on autopilot.

How do you do your shrugs? As for sleep, either a GH booster or sleep aid? Melatonin does nothing for me but I've used 3Z to knock out, gonna hop on IGF-2 soon and that gives me quality rest.

Haha ya I wont be attempting that anytime soon. I have done some pause press reps estimated at around 370. Ya I was wondering when I was going to stop on the 1st set. Almost wonder about quality just because like you said I was on autopilot at the end.

As far as shrugs go I try to make sure I pull them back more than up. Trying to squeeze my shoulder blades together. Seems to focus on the traps more than just bouncing the bar up and down.

I am taking ZMK now and I am considering 3Z by AI like you said. Just feels like my mind races a bit when I try to sleep.

My wife has prescription for Ambien. That stuff knocks me out like a light.

I use hypnadorn for sleep after night shift. Knocks me out cold.

Thanks trying to start it off right.

The other day(Tuesday) did another chest/back workout with some triceps thrown in. Need to get back on "schedule" for my lifting though.

The main things were

2 sets of 10 reps with 120s on flat DB press
Incline BB press 3 sets of 10 reps 225,205,185

Underhand lat pulldowns
T bar row machine 3 sets of 10 reps 4 plates

JM press messing around with 95,115,135 form needs work
Seated overhead DB ext 2 sets of 10 reps the 2nd set had 3 negatives. 110 for 10 reps was easy. So I did 120 for the 2nd set. To be honest it was still pretty easy. The 120 is the most the place has. I keep my elbows in and use good ROM.

Couldnt sleep at all last night. Might have gotten 2 hours. So there was no way I was training today. Ended up getting 2 hours or so of nap time earlier tonight. Still had some carbs even though I didnt lift. Not too much but definitely a decent bit. Some rice with chicken covered in some sweet bbq sauce, a couple rice crispy treats(LOVE them), dried mango, and a LITTLE cheesecake to finish it off.

I am thinking the plan is to do a legit back workout tomorrow. Maybe some deadlifts. Friday will be shoulders. Then Saturday will be good ole legs.

Sweet Baby Ray's ftw. If people give you a hard time about the boatloads of sugar, tell them you're 'cultivating mass' and they wish they could eat like you have to. Alls im sayin is, Coleman pounded that masterpiece and he made it work for him just fine.

I've taken some 3Z samples, def makes a difference. Doesn't necessarily grant deep sleep, but makes it easier to go to sleep and back to sleep if you wake to pee or w/e. Second time I took it I slept through my alarm for work for the first time ever; it goes off like a cannon. So I'll vouch for that stuff - it's definitely not snake oil.

That's so sick that 475 is a speed pull for you, that's my most recent max lol. Got 460 for a double no sweat yesterday though, so hopefully I'll be able to pull like you some day at least. Workouts are looking mean man.

Did some shoulders today. When I got there some guys I know were talking about strict standing press. 2 of them crossfit. The 3rd was seeing how much he could total with press, deadlift, and squat. Since I had never maxed on press I decided to join him.

205 went up easy.
225 was still easy.
245 went up fairly easy.
265 just felt off when I started and didn't get it. Decided to go with it since it is my bodyweight. I know bodyweight for press is pretty decent.

Then I started my normal workout.

Seated bb press fat gripz elect 125/155/185/205/225 first time getting 225 for this and it looked and felt easy
Up right cable rows psr
Standing db lateral raise 2 sets of 10 reps 45/45

Close grip bench fat grips elect 225/245/265/285/305 most I have done. Didn't feel great but not a struggle by any means.
Reverse grip bench 2 sets of 10 reps 225/225
Seated overhead db ext 2 sets of 10 reps with 2nd set negatives 120/120 might have to start upping the reps since that is the heaviest db the place has. Got to love when I see others use the 120 for this and compare form.

Also it was kind of funny doing the standing press. The other guy got 175 at 220. The crossfitter I know got 185 at 185. Then the other crossfitter I didn't know said he got 135. I think it blew their might how much I could do. Got to love when you make others go wtf. Standing press isn't exactly something I work on a lot. Up until messing around with 531 recently I seemed to always hurt myself while doing any kind of standing press.

Debating what I want to do as far as lifting tomorrow. Legs is next up but I am going to a get together tomorrow night. It is no fun to pump up my legs for that. Granted it will be a bunch of couples ftl(oss) haha. On top of that it would mean my next workout on Monday would be chest and biceps. I do not like the idea of doing that at the start of the new year.
