Most of the time I am ok but not 100% sure of the cause. I have been training more often. Sleep could be a little better. Will be nice having a few extra days off to sleep.hmmm similar feeling myself.

Yall are too kind. It isnt a pretty 260 or whatever I weigh. Need to cut down and show off. I have noticed a lot more muscle coming through though. Triceps are really popping now. My arms have never been a strong feature. Even my biceps are peaking a bit more lately. Hopefully I can get some pics again. Not sure how wise my photographer selection was haha.yup...snag has it right:

Hope you dont get sick. I just seem to need more sleep that I cant seem to get. So far eating hasnt been too much of an issue. Just 3 meals a day 1 preworkout and 2 post. The 1st meal is a lot of fat and protein(animal), 2nd meal is protein and carb heavy, and then 3rd meal is a nice dessert. Pretty much stuff my face meals 1 and 2 haha.Been fighting something myself the last few days. Had a good workout today but can't seem to get enough food in. Stomach is constantly queezy.

Some posts about my workout tonight. Thought I was going to be lifting with Hector and Roy but never saw them. Kind of held up my workout waiting on them. It was clear since I didnt sweat constantly.
Seated BB press fat gripzELECT up to 205 for 3. Tried 225 which was just crazy. Got 1 iffy rep and then called it. Way too big of a jump but I am man enough to admit it kicked my ass haha.
Cable upright rows PSR
Standing press fat gripz140 for 5, 160 for 3, 180 for 10 reps. This was another solid set estimated at about 240.
Seated DB lateral raise PSR 2 sets rep scheme 6/4/3/3/3 weights 15/20/25/30/35
Close grip bench ELECT with fat gripz(start of gnarling) 235/245/255/265/275 immediately drop to 225 for 12 reps
Dips bodyweight over 50 reps A lot harder when you weigh 260 haha
Seated DB overhead ext 2 sets 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 12 reps and 3 negatives
Standing concentration curls 4 sets of 8 reps with 40 pounds
A damn solid workout. Felt huge while lifting. Definitely getting stronger on all my lifts.
Tomorrow I will be doing legs solo. Talked about lifting with a friend but she hasnt gotten back to me. Oh well probably would have slowed me down anyway. Getting a massage in the morning then lift a few hours later.
Head is bugging me a little bit right now. Feels like it could be a BP headache coming on. Probably take some liquid viagra in my next shake for multiple reasons.
