Anyone invested in a velocity device yet? Might splurge on the push band. Read a few studies and seen some high recommendations for it. Plus it's cheaper then many other options. If I'll use it all the time or not I'm not sure but I think it would be fun and it would be an objective addition to rpe.

6/9
Spoto bench
305x6 @9
Ssb pause squat
190x6 felt hammy, no pain so moved on
Push ups paused
15x2 @7/8
Pulldowns 1 activation
100x16,6,6,6 @9-9
Hammer curls
20x15x2 @7/8
Rehab: 2 rounds
Notes: autoregulating all my training this block. Still working out the kinks. Tonight spoto press went amazing and actually puts me on my pre injury strength levels. Things still improving in the pec/hammy/shoulder. My other goal for this block is to move my frequency up. I'm boared with upper lower training and I don't want to squat and pull on the same day. It may go great. It may suck. Only one way to find out.

Great spoto set there Lou. Interested to see how the experiment goes for you, I've been feeling the same way about upper/lower, but I dont have the time for full body I dont think (or maybe I don't want to commit that much time). Hoping your health keeps improving man, I really wanna see you get back on the platform.

6/10
1 arm standing oh tri press
40x8x2
2in block pull
315x3x3
2ct pause lunges
8x2
Pullapart complex
Mini bandx10x2
Dead bugs
10x2
Farmers walks
110lbs per handx2 rounds
Notes: easy day. Spent some time rehabbing and releasing trouble spots and felt really good after. Gonna use farmers in place of some pulling this block bc it's fun and I hate deadlifting for reps. Picked it up from Josh as a good off season option to stay healthy.
