I'm glad I'm not the only one who DL's in shorts. Someone else asked me about it in the gym the other day. It's not like sweats keep you from bruising the shins anyway.

Up early today to do some accounting work for school. Thank god for AMPitropin. Seriously, I usually lose focus a million times on my accounting work because it's just so freeking uninteresting to me, but I was able to really concentrate, buckle down and get it done. Because of that increased ability to focus I think that my understanding of the material was pretty dramatically enhanced as well.

Today Im off from lifting. I have a bunch of errands and crap to do today.

Yep empty stomach. Washed it down with a serving of Endurance BCAA and some lclt. zero stomach issues!

Super happy with myself, my diet stayed really tight all weekend and I'm really starting to lean out extremely well now!

So far AMPitropin has been delivering big time. I took one cap when I got up at 4 this morning and by 430 I was speed reading my accounting textbook. I'm pretty sure I reduced my chapter read time by about 25 or 30 percent. This is an extreme improvement for anybody the mill your with being forced to read about something you have absolutely no real interest in. If this stuff keeps performing to this level I'm probably going to have to buy as much of it as I can to get me through my next five years of school! Although it is still too early to tell if the effects are going to lessen over time.

Really well! Yeah the better you look the better the motivation. I've got veins visible in my hips and lower abs now!

Popped another AMPitropin around 1115am and started my back session at 1145. I did NOT want to stop today! I just kept going and going!

I hit up:

wide grip pulldowns: 10x12
reg grip pulldowns: 5x12
hammer grip low rows: 5x15
wide grip pulldowns, 1x100, 1x50 burnouts
db pullovers 3x20

back is totally fried!!!

Ive considered both pling and physique but with everything I have going on right now I just can't make a solid commitment. I'll compete in something someday though, that's for sure!!

I have had MAYBE 5-6 drinks in the last 2.5 years. Also quit smoking almost 2 years ago!

Self motivation is the key to everything!

^^^^^^^^^^^^ this!!!! I used to love drinking with friends. Once I quit and really started to get my diet dialed in the results are absolutely amazing! Congrats on the inner motivation on quitting. It takes a lot.

I'm going out of town for work the rest of the week and AMPitropin is going to be much needed for my 12-14 hour work days followed by studying and homework and getting up early to lift every day!!

Decided to make today a refeed day since I lifted twice and have been running a big calorie deficit for 10 days. I'll be at 2600 cals which still puts me in a deficit but not nearly as much and way more carbs

Thanks man. I know it'll get easier with time but this is not one of those things that's exactly temporary. Still, I'm going to stay strong and soldier on. There's no other choice!
