Ya I am liking the extra work load I am going to modify it a bit while on cycle. Each day I will be focusing on one muscle group vs a split.Still knockin down a GVT I see. Good sesh mc
I like it a lot.. run it at 10mg for PCT.. 20mg for stand alone..Just curious how you guys are liking it. Were about to have our own and wanted to do a run.
I take them together.. Never noticed a difference either way..Just wondering but how do you all like to run staked orals? Split dosage or taken together ?

You have to look into the mirror like thisIt doesn't matter how hard I look into my mirror, it still doesn't do anything for my strength! What am I doing wrong?
I find my form is much better seated.. Also allows me to focus on my front delts.Great workout. When you do Arnold presses, do you do them standing up so you can use leg drive? I know it sounds a little silly, but I like standing up when I do it.
