Ya I am liking the extra work load I am going to modify it a bit while on cycle. Each day I will be focusing on one muscle group vs a split.

My endurance is going through the roof! I hit legs then went and did 2 hours of indoor rock climbing with zero fatigue.

We have a big rock climbing wall at my gym but it kinda freaks me out!

Bulgarian Split squats 25X10X1 35X10X1 45X10X1 50X10X3
Quad extensions 140X10X5
Straight leg deadlifts 185X10X10 (FML I havent done those in forever and my hamstrings are sore today!)
Single leg calve raises on smith machine 2 plates ES 10X10
Seated calve raises 100lbs ES 10X5

Week 3-4 are the best.. Is this your first time running these??

Thanks man, Im about to run an EPI cycle myself, trying to figure out what I want to stack with it and the cycle specifics. Im 5'10" 185 about 11-12% going to do a cut and get shredded for summer. Any ideas?

It doesn't matter how hard I look into my mirror, it still doesn't do anything for my strength! What am I doing wrong?

Great workout. When you do Arnold presses, do you do them standing up so you can use leg drive? I know it sounds a little silly, but I like standing up when I do it.

I find my form is much better seated.. Also allows me to focus on my front delts.

I'll do them seated. I have transitioned Arnolds out of my regimen though. I find doing separate front raises and heavier db presses is preferable.
