PCT DAY 1

Weight: 201 (+11)

First day of PCT and the workout was awesome! Set a big PR Max bench of 325! Also set a new PR on incline. Strength was great today probably because of being back on PWO and the extra energy. N2KTS had me pumped and full of energy. I flew through my routine with time to spare and didn't want to leave...just wanted to KILL THAT SH1T!! :D

Ostarine might be the most vile thing I have ever tasted. I would almost bet that liquified dog sh1t would go down easier...though I'm not going to test that..lol

Hopefully the gains from it will overcome the cost and taste of it :fingersx:

Tomorrow is a rest day, then Wednesday going to see if I can set PRs on back/ bicep day!

Is that the one from Uniquem? I was looking at it but couldn't find much feedback on it and it is so cheap there it is almost unnerving. Sounds like a good PCT. I used Clomid in my pct for Super-DMZ and I still have vision issues. I swear if it has a side I am gonna experience it... I built my body up naturally and seem to have some calamity happen every time I try a DS that takes me out of training and I lose everything. Part of me says just give up on it. I made myself look like I did in my avi naturally. This injury / surgery broke me right back down to pre DMZ size. UGH!!!!!!!!
Good to see it takes a really high dose for you to get into the sides. I have a bottle of Epi-Strong but I am going to pulse it. As a matter of fact I only got stuff I could pulse from here on out to limit sides.

I do have 3 straight run type compounds though and may run them together. Would be be an 8 week bridge of 800 mg of Eq-plex all the way through, first 5 weeks H-Drol last 4 weeks add in 60mg of Tren via Finaflex Ripped I picked up a while back. I know 60 mg of Tren is not an ideal dose but I am confident that with the 800 mg of Eq-Plex (Bold) it will be just enough to add some good things and let my liver recovery from any mild damage the H-Drol did. The Eq is supposed to be great for the joints and connective tissue so I will exploit that and try to only gain lean hard and dense muscle when I run that. It may be in another month or two. If I use as a cutting cycle I am sure I can gain 2-5 lbs while cutting up. However I would definitely need some HCG for that run since it is 8 weeks and I am just not in the mood for being shut down.

Let me know how that Osta treats you because if you don't lose any of your gains I am all over it for the end of my next run.

Kleen that is amazing what you have done naturally. There are tons of guys out there that have been on Gear for years that havent gotten to that level.

I hope I don't get any issues with Clomid, that vision stuff scares me, which is why I am hesitant to ever go over 50mg.

I'm interested in that 8 week run you have outlined and looks like it would be a pretty nice cycle. I am planning a Hdrol/Tren 6 weeker myself for my next cycle which will be a cut in mid June

Thanks for following man, and I actually considered Phyto-347 since I have some of that too instead of HCGenerate. I appreciate all the support and I hope I do gain some in PCT...that would make Ostarine pretty much a staple in PCTs for me ;)

PCT DAY 3

Weight: 200 (+10)

An AMAZING workout this morning! I hit some pretty big PR's on T-Bar rows and DB rows. I hit 250x8 on T-bars....and never tried that weight before. Most I have done for 8 before today was 225.:sgrin: 110 lb. DBs felt light doing one armed rows and it was just an awesome back workout all around.

I'm not sure what to make of the Ostarine so far, and I dont want to give credit to it for my PR's because of it being so early in the dosing, but whatever the reason it is nice to see the weight moving so easy. The real test will be to see how things go over the next couple weeks. :fingersx:

I didnt get enough water in yesterday. I got real busy and missed the later part of the day getting my normal half gallon or so which is why I think the weight was down a little in the morning. I woke up pretty dehydrated and got a bunch of water in after I weighed myself.

Ready to see if I can keep riding the PR train til I fall off of it, when I go in and hit some Shoulders in the morning.....

I do have some but I haven't looked at them yet to see what I thought of them. I'm kinda scared too really. Its just a self-conscious thing I go through about carrying bodyfat and not seeing ABS.

It makes me not want to be seen without a shirt until I cut...lol

I will take a look at them though and if I can talk myself into it ill put um up...;)

PCT DAY 4

Weight: 198 (+8)

Well, today my weight was down even more, but the funny thing is that it isn't bothering me at all. The reason is that my strength is WAY UP (which I will get to) and I look leaner. I'm not sure the reason for the leaning whether it be the Osta or dropping some water held from cycle and drying out, but my vascularity is up farther than it has been in some time. I had some veins popping that I havent seen in at least 3-4 months :sgrin:

Did shoulders this morning and pretty much annihilated some PRs today! I killed it on Military press, shrugs, upright rows, and lateral Raises. I hit PRs on every one of them and threw up weight that I have never attempted before on some of them!! It was just a phenomenal workout which totally made the weight loss insignificant to me.

I'm not sure how long this nice little streak will continue, but if I dont gain any more strength and just hold what I have I would be happy. It doesnt seem right to enjoy your PCT more than your cycle...:nana:

PCT (PR) DAY 6 :D

Weight: 198 (+8)

Everything has been going great and the workouts seem to keep improving. I hit some PRs yet again this time on some legs and arm work.

I didn't go up on weight on squats, but I probably could have. I did go a lot deeper than before at the heavier weights. I blasted my PR on leg press though and even went up on weight for calf raises.

I am most impressed for the day on my arm work though. I did some isolated DB preacher curls and started off with a 50 which is usually a struggle to get 10 and they was cake...so moved up to 55 which ive never touched on these and cranked out 10 pretty good reps!!

Skullcrushers went about the same way so another awesome day...:)

I am resting the rest of the weekend and next week is where it gets interesting. That's when I start repeating workouts and I don't expect to make such dramatic PRs but we will see what happens.:fingersx:

I have definitely thinned out some. Vascularity is up and more pronounced. I'm kinda curious where my weight goes from here through the rest of PCT...

PCT DAY 8

Weight: 199 (+9)

Today was another AMAZING workout. It was another one full of PRs. I hit chest and tris and hit some PRs on bench with 275x7 and then after that I put 315 on the bar and didnt expect to get it up after a couple sets to failure before it, but I did push it up. So strength is still going up. I hit PRs on incline DB presses also.

I am loving the Osta!! My weight has went up a tad in a few days, but I also look leaner for sure. So I believe I have some nice recomping going on at the moment. Sweating has increased a lot too, and I;m not sure if the Osta has a thermogenic effect or not, but sweating is definetely up.

PCTs dont have to suck anymore!!!

On most lifts I am up more weight than I was on cycle, so strength gains in PCT are a definite on Osta :D I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not, but I am running 12.5mg of Osta now, down from the 25mg I ran the first week. I plan to stay there through the rest of PCT.

The only sides Ive noticed on this so far is a lot of sweating, and a little acne. Ostarine is the real deal, and I honestly cant see myself going without it in future PCTs. I can see so many other ways that it would be great, like in a cut also. I really dont have anything bad to say about it

Yeh that's what I hear is that the vision issues are at higher doses, but I haven't studied up on S4 a whole lot yet

Well last couple days Ive had some pretty awesome workouts. The strength gains are not as drastic as they was but they are still coming and I'm still squeezing out some PRs. I hit PRs on lateral raises and Arnold Presses and today I hit a PR on DB curls.

Sweating is still way up and I think that the leaning out is still continuing a little bit. I actually noticed Delt striations coming in real nice yesterday on Lateral Raises. They are always there, but I havent seen them look that defined in a long time. I have to admit I am very eager to cut, but I am forcing myself to continue at around 500 or so over maintenance until at least after PCT. Once PCT is done I will probably go to around maintenance and start adding in some moderate cardio for a couple weeks before I enter my full on cut after that.

This is just me man but Osta is more anabolic means more muscle gained. You want to recomp that is your ticket with a good diet. You want to CUT go with S4 but then again it is still about the diet so why not use the Osta and gain some LBM on a cut. Use your diet for your goals and pick your anabolics on their ability to produce muscle mass or strength. Relying on anything other than diet for cuts will leave you unsatisfied. Not busting your ball just trying to save you time in reaching your goals.

Switching to Lean Gains would increase both phases muscle growth and fat loss which depending on workout schedule is every other day to what every 3rd to 4rth day. of each? You cut the days you don't train and eat big the days you do. It is honestly almost stupid the progress I am making and once the first 3-4 days is done it is so easy it is laughable.

Without creating a need for me to re-read your thread what are your current caloric levels. I know 500 over maintenance but what is your specific maintenance? What about macro-nutrient percentages?

Maintenance for me is right around 3k. I can start to cut a bit when i go to 2800 but its slow. Macros for me I usually keep at around 30% fat, 30-35% carbs, and 35-40% protein.

I was bulking with those figures usually around 150 fat, 300-350 carbs, and 300-350 protein

Obviously those numbers will change when I cut, and probably the ratios may change some particularly carbs and protein. Probably aim for 40% minimum protein and keeping carbs under 30%

i remember trying to cut carbs down and i just dont have the willpower for it. so instead i just do 40 min of cardio 3x a week lol. its the fat boy version of cutting cals.

Yeh I hate cutting carbs too much also, which is why Carb cycling is something I don't think I could ever do. But I can handle going down to 150-200g a day pretty easy

PCT DAY 15

Weight: 196.5 (+6.5)

Starting week 3 of PCT and even though the weight isnt dropping much I'm continuing to lean out more and more. I look leaner now than before I started my cycle, and I am starting to have the top 2 abs visible. Still some fat in front of them, but at least you can make em out. Delt striations are looking great, real great actually. I noticed in the mirror at the gym this morning that I can make out the striations with my arms hanging at my side and not even raising them....love it!! Vascularity is up some more too, and I have a couple veins I havent seen in a while show up. I had a guy tell me before I left the gym that I looked chiseled..lol. Funny because this is my "pre-cut" physique, but nice to hear.

Workout went great. I did set a couple PRs on Incline bench and DB flyes. Everything felt good and strength is still way up.

Went ahead and ordered some S4 SARM, and I'm thinking of throwing that in for some more fun soon, as I will be starting a new Lean Gains diet, and starting to really melt away some fat. I'm also looking forward to starting up cardio...been bulking for 6 months..time to shred up!!

I noticed in the mirror at the gym this morning that I can make out the striations with my arms hanging at my side and not even raising them....love it!! Vascularity is up some more too, and I have a couple veins I havent seen in a while show up. I had a guy tell me before I left the gym that I looked chiseled..lol. Funny because this is my "pre-cut" physique, but nice to hear.

Workout went great. I did set a couple PRs on Incline bench and DB flyes. Everything felt good and strength is still way up.

Went ahead and ordered some S4 SARM, and I'm thinking of throwing that in for some more fun soon, as I will be starting a new Lean Gains diet, and starting to really melt away some fat. I'm also looking forward to starting up cardio...been bulking for 6 months..time to shred up!!

I'd suggest running your PCT out, and the osta for a few weeks past your PCT, for a total of 6 weeks and bridging into the S4. Then run that till your next cycle or whatever! Throw in some NTBM Bridge and some other goodies as well. BAM :bigok:

I might do something like that, but Im still a little unsure how long I'm going to run the osta, and when I'm going to start the S4. It will probably be something like you mentioned though. If I do run Osta 6 weeks total that will be 2 weeks past PCT....and then bridge into S4 for 6 weeks after that...that will just about take me up to next cycle time or real close...hmm:thinking:

Rick I will get back to you on those macros and what not in my email but from the looks of thins you could almost blueprint my approach to yours and be good to go. Your maintenance is higher than mine so mine would be a cut for you but you could still gain muscle during the cut.
