Well last couple days have been a lot better with my back. It still has some pain but I can tie my own shoes again and I've been able to go a little harder in the gym.
I've even set some PRs on a few lifts and I'm happy about that considering I haven't been able to go heavy in a while. I still have to avoid some heavy compound lifts at least until next week like Squats, DLs, and bent over Rows until I have no more issues with the back.
The scale is moving a little at a time and I'm only a pound away from my 200 goal

I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not in another post but I've been at 60mg since Monday and its kicking pretty well there it seems.
Just got my Ostarine in yesterday, so I'm looking forward to how that does in PCT...
Now I'm off to the gym to hit some legs and arms and KTS!!
