Last couple days in the gym have been decent, but nothing spectacular. I have yet to see any real strength gains or weight gain. Its been a little difficult understanding what is going on because I gained the initial 4-5 lbs. and then its been just sitting there since then. I still basicly have no sides at all and starting yesterday I went to 30mg (yeh I know thats a little early to bump there but I have no sides)

Cals have been between 4200-4500 with 300-350 protein every day.

The good thing is I will be adding in Epi-Strong in a couple days, and I know how well I do on it. I love that stuff. I am on top of the world with Epi :D

I'm staying at 30mg Beast until either I get unbearable sides or the end of my Beast portion of this cycle which ends after a little more than a week. I really wish I could just blow up on this stuff like so many others. All the ingredients are there. I get nice pumps, and muscle hardness along with the few pounds to start, but no sides and little strength gain as well as the scale not moving for the last few days.

I may fall into that category also man. I'm hoping I see something big happen when I hit the gym again in a couple days.

I think everybody has their compound, and as rare as it is SD may not be the best one for me. Its weird but I blew up and gained 16 lbs on epi but a lot of people don't respond at all to it.

Weight still remains unchanged for almost a week now. I'm starting to think I'm a non responder to SD, as crazy as it sounds. I get pumps and some muscle hardness from it along with the weight gain at first, even though I had much bigger pumps and hardness from epi. The good news is I'm experiencing no sides what so ever so not all bad.

I've decided when I start my epi after tomorrow I'm starting right at 45mg instead of 30mg. I have 4 weeks left on this cycle to make something happen. I get very little sides from epi mostly just joint pain. Ill probably run it 45/45/60/60

I am upping Cal's a little more also to around 4500-4700. Hopefully I don't gain too much fat from it because I already need to cut 15 lbs or so this spring

Rock that really is insane that you're not responding to SD yet you blew up on EPI. Very strange... I've never seen that before, lol.

Well come on EPI then we need you to blow past 200 buddy!

I hear ya man, very strange. Its all good though. Me and my very good friend EPI will be blowing past 200 :sgrin:

2 weeks in and looks like SD isn't going to get me there. I've been running 30mg for a few days, and I feel nothing. No sides, no gains, no shrinkage...nothing. Tomorrow i am atarting Epi and 45mg right out of the box. Once it kicks in I expect some good gains if it is anything like last time.

Today I've started Epi and I'm hoping things go a lot like last time I ran it. First day in the gym on Epi and the pumps were twice as good as they have been yet, and I felt great. My lifts were up a little bit from last week, and the workout went really well.

I'm considering just going ahead and dropping the SD now, just because it isn't doing anything and the Epi is taking the reins from here...

Ididn't really expect this cycle to turn into a Dermacrine/Epi bridge but that looks like what it is going to be. Things should start getting interesting soon I have a feeling..

My goal is going to be to hit 205 by the end of this:fingersx:

I can tell in the mirror I am in dire need of a good cut. Abs aren't too visible anymore and I have a little more fat than I'm comfortable with around the mid-section. I hate any FAT. I'll be ready to cut after I hold the weight from this cycle around 4-6 weeks after PCT. Then I'll probably go on a nice controlled slow cut over a 3-4 month period.

Damn man thats ashame to hear about the SD not working all that great for you. Well man kill it on the epi and make up for the last 2 weeks!

I keep Cal's high so I haven't seen any leaning from it, but I gain weight on it real well

Haven't updated my log in a couple days, and it looks like Epi is doing its normal thing for me.

The bad news is that my lower back is jacked up bad right now. I started feeling it a couple days ago and it was REAL BAD yesterday. I did go to the gym yesterday but I can't judge strength because I was forced to go light on everything.

This lower back problem is nothing new to me and it shows itself at least once a year. I have a birth defect in my pelvic bone that over time causes a slight misalignment in my lower back. When it happens I go to the chiropractor and get it adjusted back straight again and it gets me another year or so. My app. Isthis afternoon so hopefully in a couple days ill be back to normal.

In my honest opinion the third week of superdrol was the sweet spot for me, I can't see 3 lbs gained from epi in just a couple of days. I would have run a fourth week, maybe since you were on a moderate dose it kicked in late. I dunno man, just all that weight being from epi sounds kinda off to me.

Yeh SC I wear a belt for any heavy movements I do. Back issues are no fun...

The reason I think I'm not responding to SD, is that I have zero sides, zero strength gain, and weight was static since a few days after the cycle started. All this and even ran up to 30 with nothing. No signs of shutdown either. No shrinkage no libido issues. I dunno...
Anyways EPI is working so far

Sorry I've been slacking on the updates guys. My back is still tore up and I've been having to take it easy for quite a few days now.

Its been real hard to gauge strength because I've had to take everything considerably lighter. On the positive side, my lighter workout this morning was pretty close to my normal weights so I do have strength but I can't kill it...at least for now.

I'm sure the scale as well as strength could be better if I had been able to go at it like I wanted this last week.

All things considered, its as good as can be expected and hopefully I'm back to 100% shortly :)

It's bad when you can lift some heavy iron, but you need your wife to tie your shoes for you :aargh:

Ah yeah man I hear ya there. I threw out my back real bad a few years ago.. Didn't have a wife to tie my shoes though.. Had to ask my roommate LOL!

Well last couple days have been a lot better with my back. It still has some pain but I can tie my own shoes again and I've been able to go a little harder in the gym.

I've even set some PRs on a few lifts and I'm happy about that considering I haven't been able to go heavy in a while. I still have to avoid some heavy compound lifts at least until next week like Squats, DLs, and bent over Rows until I have no more issues with the back. :(

I'm not sure if I mentioned it or not in another post but I've been at 60mg since Monday and its kicking pretty well there it seems.

Just got my Ostarine in yesterday, so I'm looking forward to how that does in PCT...

Now I'm off to the gym to hit some legs and arms and KTS!!

i was kinda afraid that id be the only one running it (epi) on the higher side. for me its either 36 mg or 54 cause of the 18mg/cap dosing. and i really dont wanna put up with splitting open caps ever time i dose it. 9 lbs btw, congrats dude.

Hey bro, nice job killin it...I feel ya with the back problem...I hurt my shoulder about 2 weeks ago and had to take it easy for a week while it recovered..It sucked but sometimes those few days of relaxing are good so in the end of the cycle you can really push yourself to the limit...After my shoulder healed I got up those 90s and never felt better...Put up those 90s again today and was feeling great...

Your cycle might be something I will do in a few month, looks pretty solid...I am going to add the 347% to my PCT I think to really elevate my natural test levels. I really dont want to loss much of my gains.

P.S. If I realized u had this log going I would of tried to comment more.

Thanks man! Yeh I'm familiar with Epi and I dont get sides other than joints so I'm not afraid to go to 60. It is fun there ;)

Well just thought I would do a quick update on how things went at the gym today since I pretty much set PRs all over without even trying, so its definetely getting good now. I love Epi, and its feeling just like before. I cant imagine how good its going to be when I can put 100% into my lifts.

I have rest days this weekend, and I'm hoping I can push pretty hard if not 100% come Monday:fingersx:

nuthin major.

if i feel sumpin comin on,
i will double up for a bit.

No I don't dose vitamin D seperately, but I do get it through my multi and the milk I drink.

Besides that, my problem wasn't illness related, its a back problem...lol

u can get 360 5000iu gels for 15bux.
that is enuf for 2 years if you get out during spring and fall for some good sun.

congrats on the PR's man. i reaaaaallly hope i can do that monday as well when chest day rolls around. epi is feeling really nice right now when combined with the m-drol. the pumps and vascularity are pretty amazing.

Today was the best day I've had in the gym since my last cycle a few months ago. My back is feeling pretty good even though I still have some discomfort. I was able to push 100% into my lifts today, and the strength gains really shined through today. I did some Chest/Triceps and Bench went GREAT today. 225 felt light as hell today. I worked my way up to 295x3 which was EASY. I'm sure I could have got 315 up today (my PR set last cycle) but I didnt want to max out today, and maybe give it a try next week.:dance:

I am looking a lot fuller and the mirror is showing even more than the scale is. Everything is going great now and I'm looking forward to what my next few workouts bring.:scool:

All the greatness today does come with a price. I do feel my joints hurting today a little into the workout. Time to up fish oil and Cissus even more and I still have some Glucosamine and MSM left from last cycle I think I'll throw in too. Other than the joints, I still feel great, and I have no other issues or sides.

This song was in my MP3 player at the gym this morning and it says it all...

turns out i gotta give reps to someone else before giving more to ya rick lol. congrats on a great chest day. thats hella impressive man. for my size im terribly weak :(. i might be maxing at 290 right now if im lucky

i know its not the end of the world, but i at least like to be proud of my lifts lol

congrats man, almost 10 lbs!! just about to that magical 200 mark. keep on pushing big guy
