I'm running the same dosage (20mg), which I will bump up to 30mg on Monday.

I think I may have put on a little BF from being at my parent's house last week, but I don't quite think I've put on 5lbs of BF.

I start 30mg ED today. One @ 5:30, one @ 1st dinner (about 4-4:30), and one @ 9:30.

I've also started to notice the infamous 'back pumps' as of late (first noticing them on Saturday).

Back pumps are still there, but nowhere near as bad as something like superdrol or pheraplex. I've also been getting some hella-amazing pumps from lifting. Right now my shoulders feel like they're gonna burst like a zit.

The guy I lift with slept in this morning or something. Was gonna give him his "Havoc" but I guess I will have to give it to him another time.

He's kinda not.

I don't mean that in a bad way. He's one of my old frat bro's, and a really great guy, but he's just not as dedicated as I am. At his current point, I would never let him touch the real havoc because I don't think his level of dedication to diet and training is high enough for the results to be worth the risk. I'm hoping this fake havoc will give him that mental kick in the ass to get to the gym.

I am back down to the same BF% I was 2 weeks ago, and might even be a little leaner :) I can definitely tell my pants are hanging ALOT looser around my waist than earlier in the week.

Summary: I lost 1/2" off my gut in 1 week! Other measurements went down slightly as well (Left Arm bent 90, and Left Calf), since all measurements I take are rounded to the nearest 1/4", it could've only been a trivial amount of size lost (which may pertain to the exceptional fatloss which occured this week, as my body went back to normal eating habits). Chest is up 1/4".

Cardio today: Jumped rope for 20 minutes. I was all pumped to go to the track (it's been warm all week) and then woke up to see 1/2" of snow on the ground. I have lost all motivation.

Todays Cardio was a 45 minute jog.

Ok this is my last week, (starting Monday) I'm gonna be doing 40mg ED (20mg @ 5:30am, 10mg @ 4pm, & 10mg @ 9pm). After that it's PCT time. So here's my post cycle Plans. Let me know if you have any qualms, critiques, or recommendations:


Training will be an HST cycle:
1 set Front Squats
1 set Deadlifts
1 set Barbell Rows
1 set Pullups
1 set Weighted Dips
1 set Incline Bench
1 set Upright Row
1 set Smith machine military press
1 set High Pulley Rear Delt Crosses
1 set Cable Pushdowns

Weeks 1 & 2: 10 reps
Weeks 3 & 4: 6 reps

60 mg Tamoxifen Citrate (3:2 equivalence to Nolvadex) @ 5:30 am
Turkesterone: 1g 3x daily spread out with meals
DHEA: 250mg (100mg @ 5:30am, 50mg @ 4pm, 100mg @ 9pm)

Week 2:
40 mg Tamoxifen Citrate @ 5:30 am
Turkesterone: ditto
DHEA: 200mg (100mg @ 5:30am, 50mg @ 4pm, 50mg @ 9pm)
Formestane: 50mg (25mg @ 8:30am, 25mg @ 9pm)

Week 3:
20 mg Tamoxifen Citrate @ 5:30 am
Turkesterone: ditto
DHEA: 100mg (50mg @ 5:30am, 50mg @ 9pm)
Formestane: 100mg (50mg @ 8:30am, 50mg @ 9pm)

Week 4:
10 mg Tamoxifen Citrate @ 5:30am

Rest assured, I will post a complete summary of my cycles gains next Monday, as well as a follow-up summary after week 5 of post cycle therapy (and possibly my buddy's placebo gains). But I'm always glad to give updates upon request:

Starting weight: 183lbs
Todays weight: 188 lbs (5lbs net gain, but I have a hunch that number will drop by tomorrow)

Starting Squat (I've noticed the biggest improvement in squat strength): 315lbs for 3 reps
Todays Squat: 345 for 5 reps

Size gains (more of a priority to me):
Left Arm: up 1/2"
Chest: up 3/4"
Calves: up 3/4"
Upper Thigh: up 1"
Gut size: down 1"
Shoulders: up 1/4"

I wasn't blowing smoke when I started calling myself thesinner.

I'm really hoping to bank on a placebo effect with him. He's kinda been dragging this semester, and I'm hoping that getting him 'on something' will push him into wanting to work harder. One theory I have behind the effectiveness of some supplements (especially diet pills) is that they have the ability to motivate their users to try harder to reach their goals.

40mg of Havoc is like pot: it makes me really really HUNGRY. Last night I cheated hardcore. I got a really bad case of the nighttime munchies, and ate an entire stalk of celery /w peanut butter (almost the whole jar) on top of what I normally eat. I'm gonna have to work some more calories into my day, or fight the hunger at night. I have a feeling I'm gonna sh*t out at least 1.5lbs.

HTPA has shut down this week. My grapes are officially raisins, and my libido is way down, compared to previous weeks.
