Todays Cardio was a 45 minute jog.
Ok this is my last week, (starting Monday) I'm gonna be doing 40mg ED (20mg @ 5:30am, 10mg @ 4pm, & 10mg @ 9pm). After that it's PCT time. So here's my post cycle Plans. Let me know if you have any qualms, critiques, or recommendations:
Training will be an HST cycle:
1 set Front Squats
1 set Deadlifts
1 set Barbell Rows
1 set Pullups
1 set Weighted Dips
1 set Incline Bench
1 set Upright Row
1 set Smith machine military press
1 set High Pulley Rear Delt Crosses
1 set Cable Pushdowns
1 set Incline DB Curls
2 sets Seat Calf Raise
Weeks 1 & 2: 10 reps
Weeks 3 & 4: 6 reps
Weeks 5 & 6: 6 reps (possibly with dropsets or negatives)
Week 1 PCT:
60 mg Tamoxifen Citrate (3:2 equivalence to Nolvadex) @ 5:30 am
Turkesterone: 1g 3x daily spread out with meals
DHEA: 250mg (100mg @ 5:30am, 50mg @ 4pm, 100mg @ 9pm)
Week 2:
40 mg Tamoxifen Citrate @ 5:30 am
Turkesterone: ditto
DHEA: 200mg (100mg @ 5:30am, 50mg @ 4pm, 50mg @ 9pm)
Formestane: 50mg (25mg @ 8:30am, 25mg @ 9pm)
Week 3:
20 mg Tamoxifen Citrate @ 5:30 am
Turkesterone: ditto
DHEA: 100mg (50mg @ 5:30am, 50mg @ 9pm)
Formestane: 100mg (50mg @ 8:30am, 50mg @ 9pm)
Week 4:
10 mg Tamoxifen Citrate @ 5:30am
Turkesterone: ditto
DHEA: 50mg in the morning
Formestane: 150mg
Week 5:
DHEA: 50mg in the morning
Formestane: 100mg
Weeks 6,7,&8:
DHEA: 50 in the morning
Formestane: 100mg to start, tapering down 50mg, until I'm done by the end of week 8.
