I actually followed his advice today as well. I warmed up with 135x12 deads, did 225x4, then loaded 315 for my PRx3, then I finished my working sets. So much smarter to get it that way. I was usually working up and trying the PR on the last set, which left me with less than ideal strength.

Thanks Ken! I'd say the Androgenix and doing everything in drop sets and Tri sets has really helped me put on some lean muscle. I'm actually down 1 pound from when I started this 30 days ago but feel and look bigger than before!!Beast! Perfect V shape. What else could you want? Nice job!

Started the day training legs and got in 1 set of squats and tweaked my knee, so instead of being a puss and calling it a day decided to work bis/tris.

Ya those Tri sets get pretty intense but at this point I swear by them!! Knee feels pretty good today, not sure what was going on yesterday. Probably give it a week before trying legs again just to be safe. I haven't used wraps although I have given it some thought.Those Tri-sets look killer. Nice work Reggie and hope that knee is OK? Do you use wraps? I look like a mummy lately due to wrapping elbows, wrists and knees! Lol

Totally agree Hyde! I would rather work the hell out of one and go back tomorrow and kill the other. Plus I figure I do a lot of rear delt work on back days so might as well go that routePriorities - you have them right. A. Wife gets to work & B. One musclegroup done well vs. 2 half-assed.
Get your music loud & something motivating or angry. Only warm up the minimum you need to be safe & primed. Ask someone to slap you on the back right before you grab the bar. Any/all of these things help me on a PR attempt.
