Nice cycle
I was like....do you even want to try to restart your natty test after that?? It's gonna be so much worse off after 6 months of shutdown, 4wk pct, another month of shutdown, then a 4wk pct....and he's def not even close to 30. Max 28, but I doubt that old. Gonna cook his hpta well before you'd ever really wanna consider blast/cruising.

I can't save em all, but I wish I could have met this guy half a year ago :(

What up fellas???? Sorry this is so late once again, another busy day. Got the call today and I start my new job at the hospital tomorrow so pretty pumped about that!! Had a great day of training, really going all out at this point. Trained Chest and Shoulders today even experimented with a "quad set"

I actually followed his advice today as well. I warmed up with 135x12 deads, did 225x4, then loaded 315 for my PRx3, then I finished my working sets. So much smarter to get it that way. I was usually working up and trying the PR on the last set, which left me with less than ideal strength.

Haha right???? They had to use 35s and 10s lmao!! I just realized I have a huge knot on my left shin now :D

Thanks Ken! I'd say the Androgenix and doing everything in drop sets and Tri sets has really helped me put on some lean muscle. I'm actually down 1 pound from when I started this 30 days ago but feel and look bigger than before!!

Started the day training legs and got in 1 set of squats and tweaked my knee, so instead of being a puss and calling it a day decided to work bis/tris.

Those Tri-sets look killer. Nice work Reggie and hope that knee is OK? Do you use wraps? I look like a mummy lately due to wrapping elbows, wrists and knees! Lol

Ya those Tri sets get pretty intense but at this point I swear by them!! Knee feels pretty good today, not sure what was going on yesterday. Probably give it a week before trying legs again just to be safe. I haven't used wraps although I have given it some thought.

Thanks buddy, took me awhile but finally getting the weight up that I've been shooting for!! It does suck that it's almost over. My training has been as good as its ever been!!

Weight Pre Training was 182 which is up 3 pounds. Starting to really feel like my bp has been running high again. Haven't checked it but I know the feeling. Upped my dose of Hawthorn Berry hoping that will help. Training back and shoulders tomorrow for the last time this cycle. Going to push for 530 on Rack Pulls!!!

Priorities - you have them right. A. Wife gets to work & B. One musclegroup done well vs. 2 half-assed.

Get your music loud & something motivating or angry. Only warm up the minimum you need to be safe & primed. Ask someone to slap you on the back right before you grab the bar. Any/all of these things help me on a PR attempt.

Totally agree Hyde! I would rather work the hell out of one and go back tomorrow and kill the other. Plus I figure I do a lot of rear delt work on back days so might as well go that route

What's up fellas?? Got up early this morning and hit the gym hoping they would be dead. Wrong!! It's weird sometimes I can walk into the gym at 6am on a Saturday and there's no one there and then there's days like today where everyone has the same thing in mind as me. Oh well still didn't have to wait to much. One thing that did annoy the hell out of me today however is this dude that was literally talking on his phone (through his ear buds) the entire time I was there. Isn't there a better time for this??
