It's go time!! Really getting that Alpha feeling, and my libido has been off the chain the last couple of days. Felt good today although I only got about 4hours of sleep last night. Decided to go lighter on rack pulls and try to build up my strength that way before trying to go heavy again. Elbow was fine today, I think it has a little bipolar action going on as one day it's great and the next it hurts. Haven't noticed any sides so to speak except for a little increase in anger but even that hasn't been bad the last couple of days. Still taking 1 cap of the Androgenix 3 times a day and 4 Restore with the first dose of the Androgenix.

Literally the only drawback is cost - shop around. It's great stuff. Part of why I think Talos worked so well for me - never used that high a dose of coq10 before until Talos. Will always use that amount on cycle now.

300mg of CoQ10 in 4 caps of Talos (75mg each). I sometimes take 6 caps/day depending on severity of methyl.

My bp was the very end of Msten (and the dheas, bridged off cyanostane, mind you) was like 148/60 or something crazy. Maybe even 152, can't quite recall. But the nurse taking my blood pressure about crapped. She had no idea why the numbers looked that way; only the doctor knows what's up.

Ok so lets update how it's going.
Libido is strong, the "boys" are normal, aggression is strong, blood pressure seems to be in check, headaches are gone, haven't had any back pumps, and weight is slowly increasing. Weight pre training tonight was 185 (+6) already broken a pr on rack pulls so half way in I would say its been a pretty successful cycle so far!!

Wow what a day I had today!! Took my 4 year old daughter for a hike up what is known as "M Hill" it's about a 3 mile hike easy to slightly medium difficulty. My daughter made it probably a quarter of the way before getting tired, so I carried her the rest of the way. Figured might as well get a good workout in before my actually training. By the time I got done I was beat and sunburned. Got home mowed the yard while waiting for my wife to get home from work. When she got home I went to the gym and trained chest. Really wanted to hit a bench pr today but came up short. Oh well will try it again next time.

Love that! I go for walks with my son on my shoulders all the time. He loves it! I'll jog a little while at a time and he gets really excited and starts pulling my hair out. Lol

Dammit your presses & biceps are strong, Reg....how's the cycle been treating you? Any back pumps/cramping or other sides particularly noticeable? I know elevated bp you mentioned before.

Also, how is the Formutech support going down - any bad burps or god-awful smells? I always hated the smell/taste of CEL's, & LG's made me burp these awful chemical burps from the caps they used. AMS's was fine, & Talos from Antaeus was great. Never had an issue with Organ Shield, except it was massively under-dosed IMO and thus worthless.

I have been getting heart burn really bad however and my blood sugar tends to drop if I'm not able to eat right after training

Pretty common for ph/ds/aas to screw with your sleep

Spent most of the night in the ER with my daughter and probably only got 2-3 hours of sleep. Will still try to get to the gym today although feeling a little flu ish myself today

Oh boy, several people in my area (Cleveland Ohio) have the flu as well. Nasty stuff! Get well.

Tried Formutech Nutrition ZMA for sleep improvement. It worked well but had very vivid dreams.

Thanks bro! I actually logged Formutech ZMA awhile ago and loved it! Slept great and ya dreams were vivid as well.

Apparently some folks have that reaction to ZMA. have a couple loggers for REM which also has ZMA in it and one of them is having the same vivid dream phenomena

Call me weird but that's one of my favorite things about it! That and actually being able to get a full nights sleep. I think my gains would be twice as good if I could sleep for more than a few hours a night.

I liked the vivid dreams as well. It depended on which super model I was with in the dream! Shhh, don't tell my wife! Yikes

If they help my deadlifts I love them, if not then I like them alright
Lol from what I hear they are suppose to help quite a bit. I don't do enough deadlifts to tell

I started them at the advice of Airborne42 to help with my lockout going heavier with deadlifts. I failed to lock out 420 over the weekend by no more than 3 inches. So I started rack pulls up to 450 and heavy forced bb shrugs to help me lock it out next time
