Not too much fatgain today...some but not much.

it'll be interesting to see how tonight, with strict diet, goes.

I need to find out exactly how much you can cheat on DCP without compromising physique too much.

BTW...this was my first major workout since starting DCP...and this is one major endurance booster. Granted, I did take 4 caps preworkout, but in addition to sweating like a madman with my HR at 177, my breathing was very easy in coming.
