Great workout today. I got that alpha feeling back! Really pleased with the pumps and energy from the condense and the strength and stamina from the D-pol! I wish I would have purchased a tub of condense crisp apple to run with this. I still never a few samples left, mainly the melonberry which I don't like as much but is still just as effective.

A few misc. Bicep exercises to set a good pump. Struggling with ez bar curl and reverse grip as well as db hammers. They are really stressing my shoulder so I tried dropping weight but when it continued to be painful I cut them from my routine until they get me all fixed up.
Great pump today just need to lean out on my epistane run. Keeping my cardio up has been difficult with all the appointments I've had lately.
