Had to wrap things up pretty quick. My wife called informing me she had an appointment and I had both sets of keys. Definitely getting that strength back. Pump was unreal and almost painful! Had to really shorten things up but I am satisfied!

Our buddy hit 150 for 6. Not bad for his first time lifting in so many years. He loved it though. I had him wrecked by the time he left.

Everyone in my family took turns with the one day bug. Just when I thought I avoided it.... No lifting today but even worse I won't make it to the river. No one likes dropping deuce in some neoprene waders.

After a busy weekend with the stomach flu on top of it I'm ready to hit it hard this week. I just hope I held down my d-pol long enough. Felt well enough to hit the river this morning and managed a pretty nice Walleye.

I've never river fished for walleye. Quite a but different than lake fishing for them isn't it?

Its a lot different and they only run the river for a few weeks. Waders and Carolina rigs. Its fun stuff during the spawn. Literally thousands of people come here for the walleye run from all around the country.

Awesome stuff! I'm hoping I can get out soon. This weekend was perfect around here but of course had other stuff going

A good time up here is also the white bass. That's catching, not fishing. No limit, for about a week straight you can catch enough for a fish fry every day. Last year I brought about 16 home after an hour of fishing.

Been a few days but I'm back at it! Leg day today and I hit a major milestone! For the people who know me well enough know that I don't have full use of my left leg. Well that being said I've never done a squat. I thought the gym I was visiting today had a hack squat, I was wrong. I was so fired up on d-pol and condense that I decided today was the day! It was on Smith, if you got a problem with that then I will have Snaggs gnaw your knees! Start of a great thing!
