Nothing to be disappointed in man, your losing weight and presumably fat, because the ostashred does a great job at holding on to muscle. The osta is just now kicking I to full effect and I fully expect you to lose another inch or two around the major parts such as stomach and chest. Keep up the good work and kick some ass

I will also take next Sat and Sun off but hoping I don't have to take Fri off. Took a personal day Friday but it is not approved yet. Gonna be a big weekend. One of my best friends is getting married.

Norco is one of the only things that has helped my appetite in the least. Ecy did nothing for me in that regard.Been using ECA with High Volume or Wyked 2.1 along with various samples of things. I have not gone over 300mg of caffiene. Maybe I should try 400! Trying to get rid of my stash of crap before I ordered more. Stim8 was pretty hardcore when I took it a year ago. I really only take ECA or a "fat burner" for appetite suppression. Norco is pretty awesome but can't wait to try Epitome.

As a kid did you ever have lifting as a class? That was my most memorable class in high school.Took day off again since I am barely talk. Try being an elementary PE teacher who can't talk! Interesting afternoon that it was...Lol it does feel better tonight than it did earlier today which is a good sign. Am hoping to lift tomorrow morning before we leave otherwise, it may not be until Monday when I get back in. This week was schedule to be a recovery week after all but not like this!

I split it up my dose at 6:30am with no food and protein shake/breakfast an hour later and then the next dose preworkout around 5 give or take and hour before workout. I split it up because the arimistane was bothering my knee with the full dose right off the bat. Arimistane has not been friendly to me the last two times I took it.

I'm sure you could stack something "test base" esque and it'd make you feel a lot better. Maybe try either some tongkat Ali or something like that or a truer base like dermacrine
Honestly, if you can survive with a low libido I wouldn't buy something to increase it. If you can survive. Does it really benefit spending that extra money? Ankle mobility is the reason for the heels. Some people have much better than others. I usually have to make a very hard effort to keep mine on there and if I do put the seat too close I have the same problem. Something I'm trying to work on for squat depth too.
