basically i was gunna use the letrone as the OTC AI, but i also have exem for just in case.

yea. too bad i wasnt driving my old f-150. the deer would exploded and my truck wouldnt even have a dent haha. so i got all my OL stuff in and got some of my PCT. would you recommend changin anything to my stack before i buy it in a few weeks? i havent seen a whole lot on latrone in this forum, but what i have seen is good results. what are your thoughts on it?
Letrone from blr? I've never used it personally. Jebrook could tell you all about it though, he is your friendly neighborhood blr rep

alright man. i hope it doesnt offend you asking about another companys product. im just trying to give everything a try is all. just getting back into this. if ya wanna know how long its been since ive been using supps...to you remember 1-TU by nutrex and on/off cycle by fizogen? that was the last time i have used anything haha so im a little behind on the power curve

No problem at all. I just want you to get the best info possible and I don't have that on letrone. Jebrook is a good dude and will tell you anything you want to know about letrone.

No such thing as too many supps! But seriously, what you have set up looks good. I wouldn't change anything. You can pm him if you want or he will respond to this thread when he gets online later today since i tagged him.

alright sounds good. i will keep it as is. ill have ended up spending like $500 on this by the end of everything haha. hope its worth it.

Dermacrine is very safe and the chances of getting gyno from it are practically nonexistent. Osta will cause gyno way before the dermacrine

On it right now with Rebirth and EU, I'm seeing more veins in my arms while working out and I am definitely leaning out. Also I feel way more energy since I added Rebirth but Letrone is definitely putting in work, I'm at 3 caps too.

So i did the math and ill have a bunch extra gharine so i tried it last night just to see whatd happen and holy crap i was hungry as f*** haha. Anyways i like that cuz i remembered to eat on time.

so i have another question...i have seen a lot of guys use an ai during their pct at the end of it such as clomid 50/50/25/25 with the ai being run for the last 2 weeks of pct plus 2 more weeks after ending pct to prevent rebound. i have some exem on hand and was wondering what everyone's thoughts on this were. if it is necessary for this cycle, then how would i dose it? if not, would the super pct by OL be good enough?

also, if i need to use it during my cycle before pct, how would i dose it?

I don't think you need aromasin after a sarm cycle but still it is good to have it on hand. Super pct should be fine in my opinion

12.5 mg eod should do the trick in case you have problems
Good start dosing^^^
You can always go up or down as needed. Don't use exemestane unless you have high estrogen sides though, super pct should keep you more than straight

thanks yates for always giving me some good input. i was hoping super pct would be fine since im not running any ph/aas but just wanted to make sure. so how would i go up or down with the exem if i absolutely needed it?

If you need more go to 12.5mg ed, if less is needed go to 12.5mg e3d. If you're like me and aren't good at eod dosing you can dose 6.25mg ed.

so i know i said i was gunna post my bod pod results a while ago so here they are:

current weight= 215lbs
target weight: 180-190lbs
current bf%= 25%
target bf%= 10-12% bf
RMR= 1854 cals/day
lifestyle cals burnt~557 cals/day
exercise cals burnt~559 cals/day
maintainence cals= 2970 cals/day
intake goals= 2470ish cals/day (cutting 500 cals/day from maint cals to lose 1-2lbs a week)
resting heart rate= 53bpm
waiste= 36in
goal= lose 35lbs of fat to get down to 180lbs lean

About myself:
I have lifted for the last 12 years. A little over a year ago, i had to do a temporary job change which took me from being outside and active almost every day to sitting behind a desk and being a paper b**** haha. on top of that i had a newborn at the same time, so needless to say i became way less active all around and my diet suffered (no excuse for that one). I went from weighing 190 to 225 in a year. about 2 months ago i got out of my desk job and back to doing what i love. my diet is much better and i am down to 215 and lost 2 inches off my waiste. my goal is to cut back down to between 180-190lbs and slowly lean bulk from there. i do about an hour of cardio early in the mornings followed by a good lifting session around noon on my lunch break. my strength and endurance has started going back to what it was a year ago, but i need to cut those last pounds off before i will be where i would like.

my workout routine:
monday- 0730-0830 long distance run and body weight workout, 1130-1230 back/bis
tuesday- 0730-1130 ju jitsu
wednesday- 0730-0830 long distance run and body weight workout, 1130-1230 chest/tris
thursday- 0730-0830 row intervals, 1130-1230 LEGS!!!
friday- 0730-0830 long distance run and body weight workout, 1130-1230 shoulders and neck

what i need help with:
my goals for caloric intake/day is 2470cals. i do cardio from 0730-0830 and lift from 1130-1230. i lift at this time because once i get home its back to work haha (helping the wifey with the kiddo and the house etc. i have times planned for meals but would like some help with my macros per meal. here are the times i plan to eat= 0830, 1030, 1300, 1600, 1900 and right before bed.

keep in mind i am trying to lean down so if anyone could please help me out with some healthy meal choices for these times or at least some input on protien/carbs/fats per meal then i can come up with my own meals. any help is much appreciated.

overall goals:
increase metabolism
get to 180-190lbs
increase strength/endurance
continuously improve diet
get them gainz!

one last thing, i would like to give a big shout out to the AM community because yall have been extremely helpful in getting me motivated again and getting me back on track. yall are awesome!!

my total macros would be:
protien 35% @ 222g (888 cals),
carbs 33% @ 206g carbs (826 cals),
fats 30% @ 56g with about 14g in 4 meals (756 cals).

this is my starting point for macros. i was thinking of increasing my protien intake to 40% and decreasing my carb or fat intake and any input would be great. thanks guys. let me know if you think i should post this in the nutrition or weight loss forum for more replies

Definitely take your protein up and drop either fat or carbs

alright. so it should look something like this:

protien 40% @ 247g (988 cals)
carbs 30% @ 185g (741 cals)
fats 30% @ 82g (741 cals)

is my math correct on this?

so i purchased everything today except for the target a2. booneman77 im still trying to get a paypal account set up. its giving me problems so i will have to call them tomorrow and get everything fixed. other than that i am set. thank you nutri-verse.com for the awesome sale!!! saved me buttloads of money haha. will start this log in october. until then i will be giving some updates on how things are going naturally as well
