I am not doubting you at all. I think you are correct if anything I was a little more. When I sat back and thought about the whole thing. I was obviously much larger in size (FAT) and some of the comments the guy was saying during the measurement was he was having a hard time doing the test. That is why I asked him to do the test again to make sure he was right. Now like i said earlier. I just don't know how it was possible to lose 15 lbs and not lose any body fat. With that said I can see about a 5% or more change since the beginning of this run. At least that is how I feel anyways.Jeff, No offense brother but when you started you were easily 35% minimum. Honestly any measurements being taken on calipers on any one over 20% are a waist of time. In my opinion they are detrimental to the individual in most cases. Just keep taking your body measurements and keep on trucking. Your progress is obvious.
As far as measuring over the 20% you are once again correct. However me being me I want to know as much as possible so when changes are made I know if it is good or bad. No matter what, this has not gotten me down to the point where I am going to stop. In fact if anything it pissed me off enough to make me want to train harder if that is even possible. Yes there is always room for improvement.
