I am experiencing a pretty big increase in appetite, makes things tough. I am tougher though.

Ok weighed in and I'm up 2.5 lbs lol that's the Pbold and 17-Pro kicking in I know but it's still perplexing seeing my calories are really very low and my activity is way up. I trust in the process though. I could see I was leaner anyway.

Yah my waist is definitely smaller, I mean I simply can't take it any other way, I'm probably averaging 2400-1500 cals a day.

It is just me but that is a lot of volume right now. Where do you go from here? Are you planning on keeping sets consistent and progressing via weight only? Just curious, you could build in sets by starting with a little fewer in the beginning then add a set every week or two. Ever giving yourself more to adapt too. Coming from your last program I think lowering the sets a bit and building them up may benefit you more by giving you more points of adaptation. Just something that popped in my head looking at it right now.

I always try to find ways of being progressive. I start out lighter weight or increase reps etc.. A lot can be said for improving form as well.

12 wheel of death but my arms are shaking, hard to do these on a workout day. I have to get back to doing these twice a week though and I am working out every day I am at the gym so that's the way it has to be.

So I have some massive doms going on here, go figure. I am feeling ok basically but dreading today's workout. At least it's not legs. I tell you though I can really feel everything I am working. Attention to detail and really bringing on the pain, that's where it's at for me right now.
