It's a burn day, what I am doing differently here is I am keeping the calories lower instead of trying to keep them even with workout days. Carbs rare below 100 grams, fat is just around 50.

Our circumstances are way different I gain on 3000 cals, and don't use much in the way of anabolics. Age has something to do with the slower metabolism as well. I am used to having to go to an average of 2200 cals to get extremely lean.

Had the gym to myself, so you know what happened :) absolute madness and torture lol the more I push the crazier I become, not a pretty sight. Pretty much on the edge right now...

So ...

A1 Front squats 10 X 5 very deep 4010
A2 body extended leg curls 10 X 5 4010 90 seconds rest - what I mean hear is extend the body as much as you can by going up on your elbows eliminating glute movement as much as possible. This shortens and isolates the hamstrings, it's pretty brutal.

B1 db split squats back foot elevated 3 X 7 each leg 3010
B2 good mornings 3 X 7 3010 75 seconds rest.

My form was spot on and I was really beat at the end as the gym was very humid so breathing was a bit tough.

Today's eats, one thing I should mention is I am not tracking my fibrous veg. . There is likely about 200 cals a day involved. I used to but I just consider them free eating right now. I mean I am really clean with the vegetables.

Today I should have waited for an hour to do my workout, it has hot and I pinned it 9k to get to the gym walking. I was more drained than I thought. It's ok I just went lighter and went pretty hard anyway.
